Great - ordered a bunch of beer from the superb Redemption brewery and signed up to monthly box while I was there. All arrived super quick and hassle free.

Very impressed to receive a courtesy email asking if I'd lost the card the postmen put through my letterbox when I took my time picking up the parcel.

I placed my third order for some Crate cans via Eebria a week ago. As I collect beercans the condition of the cans is paramount to me. I made this crystal clear at the point of purchase as I had had previous issues with Crate cans ordered via Eebria arriving damaged.

I had an e-mail response confirming that the message had been passed to Crate and that care would be taken with my order.

However, as soon as I picked the cans from the post office I knew straightaway that there was going to be a problem as the cans were loose in the box and rattling around.

Unfortunately my fears were realised and all 3 of the Watermelon Wheat cans were badly dented and therefore totally useless for my purposes.

Only one of the 3 Black IPA cans arrived in a usable condition.

I e-mailed Eebria to explain what had happened and to ask for replacements (I need the cans for my collection - the beer is irrelevant to me).

Unfortunately the response I got back was incredibly unhelpful - basically, we have boxes, we send out the cans and as long as the beer doesnt actually leak out en route we dont care what condition they arrive in.

All the other major online retailers are really helpful and happy to accomodate me by adding extra packing, so it is possible!!

This was my first order from EeBria, and it proved to be both efficient and painless. I received my order two days after placing it, but unfortunately one of the bottles had been broken during transit from the brewery, after emailing customer services in less than 30 minutes I was offered the choice of a replacement bottle or a refund (for the bottle) and a 10% discount of my next order!

This is a quick service. Beer is sent direct from the brewery. Tracking information ensures that you can arrange to be in to receive delivery.

I ordered on a Saturday, beer was shipped following Monday, and arrived Tuesday. Appropriate packaging. Good choice of quality bottled beers at Eebria.

I asked if I could tailor a cider order I was sending as a gift. They arranged it for me with the supplier.

Raised concerns when tracking info indicated that my order had not been shipped (despite receiving shipping confirmation email) . Was reassured all was fine. All was not fine. No info was issued but package not delivered until the following Tiesday.

We were able to source a product that is not available in the shops near us, ordered on Saturday and delivered on Wednesday: perfect.

I was really impressed with the communication - my parcel was left at the post office, and I had an email to let me know in case the parcel company had not left a card, then a follow up once I had collected it.

Picked my favourite beers (and a few to try out), ordered and paid. 2 days later I am sat here drinking a stunning glass of Catatonic. Amazingly well packaged so no fear of breakages unless the delivery guy turns into Ace Ventura ! I can now try the best craft beers from around the country , well happy.

My wife bought me the Christmas Cracker mixed case as a present. It arrived quickly and sat under the tree taunting me until Christmas Day. I was hoping for a few beers that I hadn't tried before but was delighted to find that I hadn't tried any of the Beers. The selection was mostly 330ml bottles as is the norm but also included a couple of 500ml and a can. Every beer was good and some were outstanding and the balance between light and dark beers was perfect for me. Overall very impressed.

Eebria provide a fantastic service, all items are well packaged and arrive in excellent condition. I already am and will continue to be a returning customer!

Ordered the Christmas selection box from EeBriaUK and patiently awaited it's arrival. As promised it turned up, well packaged, the week before christmas with a splendid selection of different beers. None have been a disappointment, and a few have been really superb. (I should note that I had the box shipped to my parents in the UK, not to France as it says on my trust pilot profile. I don't think they're shipping internationally yet. )
