I ordered some Devon Cider that I'd tried and liked on holiday in Devon.
Ordering was simple, I liked the fact that the delivery cost didn't go up if you ordered more.
Delivery was quick, no issues, no problems, will use again.

The order arrived in good time, and the product was nice, refreshing & tasty

We wanted a specific cider we found on holiday in Somerset. It was very easy to buy through EeBria and postage was quite reasonable for the two cases we have initially bought.

The bottles were well packed but we were unlucky that two bottles didn't make it through transit, however, this was promptly dealt with.

Very pleased with EeBria and will use again.

Easy to use website and the chosen drinks I ordered were dispatched within 48 working hours. Arrived 24 hours after receiving confirmation that they were on route via Parcelforce.

Think it's an excellent hub for finding craft ales and ciders alike. Also an expanding range of gins and vodkas too. Drinks are very competitively priced vs supermarket generic drinks as well. I'll be back for more!

Service seems fine - bit odd that's there's no email confirmation of an order.

Placed the order, but couldn't pass age verification. I'm 5x, been at the same address 21 years, on the electoral roll for 8 years, what system are they using? They approved it manually fairly quickly.

Order tracking number sent, saying "Parcelforce" with that weblink but number provided didn't work for Parcelforce - wrong length. Wrote to them and they replied "oh it's UPS" - not even a "sorry". UPS site said "label has been printed" and no further information. Nothing. 6 days after the order was placed, half of it showed up, as their warehouse had printed two packing slips / address labels, clearly labelled "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" and some bright spark had folded it in half and sent both but with just one case of Ale and not two.

Still waiting for resolution.

Selling goods online should be fairly easy right? Not here.

Purchased some beer from Eight Arch Brewery. Was delivered within two days and very well packaged. Will use this seller again!

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I've experienced.

No follow up to my concerns, no action taken to rectify lack of delivery, no point of contact (telephone), and a fairly glib e mail response after making contact 4 times via the EEBRIA website. Very disappointing.

Fantastic service. I've ordered 2 lots of beer from them now both turned up extremely fast. Product is fairly priced and they even gave me 2 beers for free on my 2nd order :)

1st order placed and only recieved half the order, waiting to see if i recieve refund easily.
Update: refunded no quibbles asked

Good product range, prompt service, and high quality, proactive and personal customer service. Looking forward to using them again soon.

I have had the Eebria Discovery Subscription on a bi-monthly basis for around 6 months now. For a craft beer fan, it has been great - wide range of beer types and good brews across various breweries.

Freshest beers from the UK's best and upcoming brewers.

Website easy to use and delivered from the brewery without delay even with the weather issues.

No complaints.

Only used them once so far but excellent customer service- communication was clear and helpful from start of order to delivery and beers arrived promptly and well packed in excellent condition- will definitely use their service again-and they are the main place I can buy Brew York beers!!

I can only comment from the ordering perspective and use of the website as the items purchased were as a gift for someone.
The website was easy to use, with plenty of choice and information about the beers and ordering was quick and straight forward. Delivery was made to the recipient just a couple of days later, as stated on the website and tracking information was also provided. A good service from EeBria; I will use them again for direct delivery of quaffable presents!
