Excellent job there. Claire Jopson was very good, attentive, proactive, and efficient. She carried us along from start to finish.
Despite the very limited timeline, we were still able to complete our remortgage within the deadline before expiration of our current mortgage term.

Jim Wortley was very professional and helpful during the mortgage application process. I did find this stressful as I was moving out of rental into a mortgaged property however Jim provided the right level of reassurance and guided me through the process to the successful outcome.
