Robyn Colton was an absolute star. She was always willing to help out and answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial. When we faced hurdles in the purchase of our home, she gave us all the advice we needed to make informed decisions and helped settle our nerves along the way. When Robyn went on maternity leave, she left us in the hands of the Echo finance team, who were just as attentive and helpful. I would 100% recommend Echo Finance to friends and family looking to buy their next home.

Megan was superb from start to finish. She took us through the process step by step and was always on hand to guide. Ours was a complex and complicated situation after being refused by all the high street banks, but she got us to where we needed to be in the least stressful way possible.. 10/10 - ask for Megan.

I had Tom Evans review my mortgage and he made things exceptionally easy and painless. He reviewed my current situation and found a mortgage that suited my needs at a much lower cost than I was expecting. I will continue to use Tom for the duration of my mortgage

I was provided good options, all of which were better than the renewal deals I was being offered by my previous provider. Interest rates came down during the remortgage process and I was provided with an additional offer which further reduced my payments in line with interest rates dropping. Nothing seemed to be a problem and the whole process was hassle free. Would recommend to others.

With our current mortgage coming to and end we reached out to Echo Finance following some excellent reviews. We were introduced to James who from the off was extremely professional and clear on what Echo Finance could offer us. We discussed our Finances to ascertain the best product for us. James was always on hand throughout the entire process to alleviate any concerns or questions we had. Communication was excellent throughout and we couldn't have done it without James. We will most certainly be using Echo Finance again, we cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Anthony secured me a new 2 year fixed deal quickly and efficently as it was near the deadline for it to be switched to a variable rate which would of put my payments up by a couple hundred pound more. Would recommend and will use again.

Our adviser Peter walked us through the whole process and completed most of the paperwork with us at our home. He got us a better deal than we could from one of the main high street banks.
Hassle free and friendly.

All started fine, fairly quick emails back and forth, sent all my details off, and anything else that was requested.

Then nothing, few weeks later I got an email saying "I'm still working on this in the background, bear with me"

So I left it, a month later I sent a follow up email, and never heard anything back.

So now this company has all my details, ID, bank statements, AST agreements etc, and now I'm being ignored.

Would not recommend this company or Anthony Vickers especially.

As it stands my last email received from Anthony was 25'th June. It's now 18'th August..

Abysmal professionalism.
