Paul was patient, kind, and professional throughout. I can struggle to articulate information clearly, and I never felt rushed or flustered.
I was not looking forward to the process - hence delaying it so often. There was no drama, no pressure, just solid information and advice. As a single, clueless woman trying to secure my first mortgage before I had started my job in my first year of teaching I was worried about this whole process but Barry made it seamless, comfortable and even quite enjoyable! Barry talked to me like a human being rather than a case reference, took all of my circumstances on board and never stopped working to find me the very best rate right up to the end.
As a teacher, I’m pretty uncontactable 10 hours a day but Barry was understanding and accommodating. Most importantly for me, I felt Barry was incredibly approachable and never made me feel silly or useless - even when I had no idea what Sick Pay I was entitled to at work!

Our experience with Liam at Echo Finance was seamless. As a mortgage advisor he really fought for us and we felt like he was absolutely on our side in finding the right product/deal for the mortgage on our family home.
