I had heard about a British company…
I had heard about a British company that made washing machines so after seeing one that was purchased for my mother I decided that the next we purchased would be an Ebac, the washer was ordered, delivered and installed. We have completed a couple of cycles so far and we are overjoyed with the results we have to keep checking to see if it has finished as it's so quiet. 5 stars from us.

I wouldn’t buy any other another brand of dehumidifier.
This is the 2nd dehumidifier Ive bought for Ebac. (This one is for workplace). I have had the one that I use at home for years. I wouldn’t buy any other dehumidifier other than Ebac as I know they do the job well and are robust.

Worst washing machine in our 40+ years of using them!
We purchased a 8kg Ebac washing machine 3 years ago. It was by far the WORST washing machine in our 40+ years of owning different machines. From day one, it consistently refused to perform as claimed. It would not spin consistently, often not spinning at all. We contacted Ebac on several occasions, only to be given various excuses ranging from incorrect loading, EU regulations, and insufficient load. They did eventually offer an engineer visit from a local repair shop at our expense, unless a fault found at the time of the visit. Given the inconsistency of non performing correctly, we did not want to spend any money that might not be recovered. What we should have done was a credit card chargeback…After 3 years of poor washing results, we have scrapped the machine and replaced with a Samsung. Perfect results every time! It seems EBAC no longer make washing machines..and are selling existing stock at discount.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your washing machine experience.
Having taken a look at your account, I can’t see any engineer visits having taken place. We do advise customers that if an engineer attends and no fault is found, the visit may be chargeable. However, if a genuine fault is identified and it is not related to the loading or use of the machine, this would be fully covered under the warranty.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to restore your confidence in the product.

Brilliant!
I bought an Ebac dehumidifier some months ago to dry out plaster. It was extremely effective. Since then I have used it to prevent damp when drying washing indoors. It's amazing! It literally sucks pints of water out of the fabric in a short space of time. I found it's not enough to leave windows open. Buy one of these and your washing dries SO much quicker, and it surely reduces any risk of damp enormously.
It does make a noise, so you won't want to watch TV in the same room. Close the door though, and it's really not audible at all.
Highly recommended!

I wish to highlight the excellent experience with Ebac when purchasing our Ebac 4000 dehumidifier several weeks ago, our initial phone conversation with the very experienced customer care team who explained in detail what would be suitable for our bungalow , how to use & where best to place it etc , the ladies in question were very up to date with the relevant questions I had ( having not had one before) we did experience a minor fault with the dehumidifier but having said that the matter was resolved immediately & a replacement was sent immediately, couldn’t ask for a better response, would highly recommend the product & of course the Ebac company/employees as a whole, many thanks, mr& Mrs Brear ( Leeds)
