This was our second purchase of an Ebac dehumidifier The first one (18 months old now) works very well and really 'sucks' the moisture that builds up over winter in the stone walls of our house.

The second dehumidifier is used by our daughter to dry her laundry and she is impressed with how quickly the washing gets 'almost' (approx 85%) dry. In her experience getting it fully dry is a waste of energy as all that is needed for the final 15% is a light airing.

It is pretty quiet (not silent), and it doesn't seem to cost that much to run.

We have had an Ebac washing machine previously and it does what it says on the tin superbly.

It was prompt and the goods was as ordered

I am really pleased with this dehumidifier i bought from ebac. It was sent promptly and was easy to set up. It has been pumping loads of moisture out of the air in my flat and i have recommended this to friends and family.

I paid to have my washing machine installed with the old being removed and recycled. First off the guys were not competent installers just delivery drivers they said the new pipe was to short and they would have to use the old pipe which wasn’t a big issue but they spilt water from the waste pipe and the cold fill all over the floor and as a professional installer of dishwashers and washing machines could have been avoided. Next because i expected them to replace the rubber seals on the old inlet pipe with new ones from the new pipe which they didn’t do they ended up with the pipe leaking and blaming it on the newly installed pipe work. This i had to get a friend to do which isn't the outcome i wanted as a disabled person. Next the washing machine is fitted out of level again another issue i need someone else to rectify after paying to have the job done i now have to pay someone else to rectify the mistakes.

I’ve been waiting a few months before posting this review as I wanted to see how well the dehumidifier worked out. Well, I wasn’t disappointed with the Ebac dehumidifier - it’s been working brilliantly since setting it up in midwinter. Don’t compromise on cheaper dehumidifiers and buy one from these guys.

Ordered replacement carbon filters for dehumidifier online via their website, easy to process and pay. Arrived quickly and tracked and used DPD (my best rated courier provider). Item (pack of 3) fit well and easy to remove/replace filter. Please with product.

Quick reliable delivery, very helpful UK based staff on helpline - knowledgeable and polite. Very happy with dehumidifier purchased for my daughter’s damp flat. It’s working very effectively as is my own purchased a few years ago. Would recommend and will probably buy a third for my other daughter’s flat!

I have always found Ebac staff to be extremely helpful and speedy with responses. Best dehumidifier ive bought pulls loads of moisture in rooms ive struggled with for years. The replacement filters are needed after a set period of time but they are not expensive to buy.. Keeps the machine running at its best. Highly recommend EBAC..

Washing machine is very good, happy with it, however the delivery was a let down.
We ordered on the Friday and your website stated delivery is usually 3 working days. We got a call on the Wednesday saying that we could expect delivery the following Monday, the Monday came and went no delivery or call stating it was not coming. I called ebac the next day to enquire, the girl says she would look into it. Someone came back and said that it was because they did not have contact details even though they called on the house phone and sent an email. Delivery was then completed the following Thursday, one day short of two weeks for delivery which is excessive when you have piles of washing and no machine. Delivery could be better, the only thing that has let you down.

I have used Ebac's Dehumidifiers for many years, purely because they are the best and I have tried others.
In relation to spare filters for said product I would rather buy directly from Ebac as having used spares from other suppliers, they are just not up to the same standard . Ebac provide a quick and efficient customer service.
