Excellent service and special mention to Anthony. My flight didn't arrive till 10pm but on seeing that they close at 10.00pm, thought I would ring. Anthony confirmed they shut at 10 but he would wait... Vis mer
Anthony in the ponteland branch couldn't do enough to help. First class service. Both him and the other guy behind the desk (sorry didn't catch his name)were both pleasant and enthusiastic. Well done.... Vis mer
Pre booked a diesel car got to the hire place signed everything payed everything to then be brought out a petrol car and told they no longer supply diesel cars, £201 taken from my account then told... Vis mer

Very smooth booking and collection Staff very helpful

Excellent service and special mention to Anthony. My flight didn't arrive till 10pm but on seeing that they close at 10.00pm, thought I would ring. Anthony confirmed they shut at 10 but he would wait for me. Flight was a little late and didn't land till 10.10pm. but true to his word, when I rang Anthony was on his way to pick me up and transfer me to office. Above and beyond and that is rare these days. Top bloke in a good company

Well done. Also saved a tenner. Cheaper than A andM at Kingston park and you don't have to deal with the surly woman allegedly in customer services.

Would avoid at all costs as customer service number is useless just rings all the way through with no answer

Easy to book on line and helpful efficient staff on reception
If zero stars were available, that’s what I would have chosen.
Website options poor. Total amount to pay doesn’t reflect extra insurance costs you need to include if paying with a debit card. I opted for the secure option which said it included insurance but it doesn’t.
Staff member at branch did try to find a discount so the cost was less for me but was still double.
Staff member went to refund my 10% deposit and the cost had risen since I got my booking confirmation - I was told prices are live so can change despite having confirmation of amount still payable
I left without hiring.

Nothing was easy in this process. Pick up point was unclear as they don’t have any desk or signpost in the airport. They asked for two proof of address. After so much waste of time, they made me pay minimum of £37 per day extra for insurance which wasn’t told in the beginning. So I paid about £50 per day for the most basic car ! Alternatively they would have wanted £1600 deposit which was only payable by credit card. I still have the car and really hope they don’t make it any worse when I take the car back. I wouldn’t rent car from NotSoEasirent! again!
