THEY FRAUD ME WITH MORE THEN 2,000 and i want MY MONEY BACK OR IN GOING TO COURT

The agents were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Even when I needed to adjust my return time, they were very understanding, courteous, and friendly.

Originally they gave us an older car, fine, but then as we were traveling to our destination we realized the horn did not work and the part on the steering wheel was actually broke. Also the brakes were shot and screeching. We did not feel safe under these conditions. Called the company and they said come back and they would change the car out, we got a free upgrade and a decent vehicle at that time. The gas tank was not full but we did return it fill. We booked on line and it was $8/day, unbelievable right, then when we went to pick up the car they said we owed another $209, for their insurance, we said we had insurance and they said if we didn't take their insurance they would require a $1000 deposit??? All kinds of frustration and wrong!!

The wait to get the vehicle was ridiculous. Only two people ahead on line and over 30 minutes to the counter. Returning the car was the same problem. On person behind the counter doing both, the reservations and returns.

Competitive pricing. Meet and greet at the airport. No waiting at pick-up and drop-off. Car was clean and in good technical condition.

I was greeted at the airport by the representative. Taken to the truck which was parked close to the airport entrance. I was given a full tour of the vehicle and felt comfortable driving away with it.
During my vacation I did over 4K in mileage. I was taken on many goat trails by Google Maps. And the truck allowed me to navigate or escape some of the locations I ended up. Returning kit was just as easy. A quick check land exchange of keys.

The staff was fantastic. The ladies were lovely and accommodating. Naomi did her best to respond quickly when the van broke down. Unfortunately we had no working vehicle for 22 hours of our vacation though. I feel as though the company should have compensated me for this. Naomi explained this was not an option as she didnt have the power. So I feel the company as a whole could use some improvement but the staff on site were fantastic.

Reservation was smooth, pick up and deliver experiences were fantastic with Flexyways´ partners in Ushuaia and, all went extraordinary!
Both the vehicle and the team´s attention and kindness in Ushuaia were outstanding.

Avoid these guys at all costs. They lied and invented fictional damage to a bumper when I returned the car. Said there was a scuff on the bumper that simply wasn't there. 3 guys in their 20s intimidating myself, my wife and my 6 year old daughter.

If you must use them then take out their full insurance. Otherwise be prepared to pay for fictional damage upon return of the car.

Also note that they only accept embossed credit cards. No doubt because they know they will be billing you extra upon your return if you've not taken the full cover with them.

Watch out. Use a well known, reputable company in places like Albania instead.

My flight into Nassau was a late arrival, Flexway being a locally operated business went above and beyond to make sure someone was there to get me into my rental and send me on my way. I read numerous post and comment about the bigger rental companies being closed and leaving their customers stranded. Forced to taxi to their final destinations.

I had a reservation to pick up a car at Heathrow Airport, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I had to take an Uber to reach their office, only to be told that my personal Visa debit card was not accepted, and American Express wasn’t accepted either. On top of that, they required a £2,500 deposit, which was never clearly communicated in advance.

As a result, I had no choice but to walk away without the car. The Economy Booking support team offered no assistance or alternative solution, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience, and I would not recommend using this company.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Our car was exactly as described. The company was easy to use throughout.
