I am very disappointed with the service from e& money. It has been over a month, and my issue is still not resolved. An amount of 100 AED that should have been credited to my account is still missing, with no proper explanation.
I have contacted customer support several times and requested to speak with a responsible person. I was promised that a supervisor would call me back, but I have not received any response.
This lack of follow-up and accountability is extremely frustrating. I hope they take immediate action to investigate this issue and release my 100 AED without any further delay.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from e&money.
On April 9, I transferred money to my nephew, but since he does not have an account, the amount was supposed to be automatically refunded back to my wallet. Although I received confirmation via SMS and email, the amount has still not been credited back to my account.
I raised a complaint (Reference No: 66002639) and was assured that the issue would be resolved within 5 working days. However, it has now been over a week, and there is no resolution.
I have contacted multiple customer support agents via calls and chat through the e&money app. Unfortunately, every agent keeps repeating the same scripted response — “your case has been escalated to the concerned team” — but no actual action has been taken.
What is even more frustrating is the false promises made by your agents. One agent, Ahmed, assured me that the issue would be resolved by April 16, but nothing has happened. Today, when I contacted another agent, Kareem, I received the same repetitive and unhelpful responses. He kept asking the same questions instead of addressing my concern, which clearly shows a lack of professionalism and proper case handling.
This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. It feels like no one is taking responsibility, and there is no transparency or urgency in resolving customer issues.
I request immediate action on this matter and a clear update on when my money will be refunded. If this is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate this complaint further through regulatory authorities and public platforms.

Why should a legal and financial institution give information and cannot keep to it?. You said refund is maximum 7 days but after providing all the refund details from the merchant still yet it is 23days no positive feedback. The customer service agents also are just what I don't under saying the same thing every time to the customer without thinking. It looks like a form of mind keep to delay the customer complaint.
