"I had a very poor experience with Kast. They claim to provide ACH/wire transfers to US accounts, but my transfer was rejected. When I contacted customer service, they had no information regarding the rejection, yet I was still charged fees for the failed transaction. Between the high transfer costs and the weak customer support, I cannot recommend this app. Be cautious of their claims regarding US transfers."

I’m trying to close and reopen my card because the app is malfunctioning, but the card button is not working. I keep getting an error in the app every time. Because of this issue, I will never use it again.

​I am warning everyone to stay away from Kast Finance. This app claims to provide a prepaid card service, but it is a predatory trap. Their system allowed my balance to go into a deep negative (-68 AED) by charging repeated fees ($0.50 each) for declined transactions.
​In the financial world, a "Prepaid" card means you can only spend what you have. However, Kast’s broken system allowed over 40 charges to hit a zero-balance account without any warning, notifications, or an automatic card freeze. When I contacted support, they sent me a link to their fees and refused to acknowledge their technical failure, claiming the "matter is closed."
​This is a clear violation of financial transparency and consumer rights. They are essentially creating unauthorized debt for users without a credit agreement. I have reported them to Google Play and will escalate this to financial authorities. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY HERE.

I went through the process and submitted my application, but it was rejected without any explanation. No real feedback, no clarification. The lack of transparency and poor communication makes it hard to understand what actually happened. With #centuryandhundred, the level of transparency is different. You are not left guessing with your money and withdrawals are payout promptly.

Bei diesem Unternehmen konnte ich mich nicht mal registrieren, obwohl ich alle Dokumente eingereicht habe und meinen Ausweis und volle KYC gemacht habe hat es geheißen das meine verifizierung nicht gelungen ist ich sollte einen Agenten kontaktieren, habe ich dann gemacht, emails geschrieben und viel zeit verloren aber immer noch nicht weiter. Es kann immer mal vorkommen das eine verifizierung nicht beim ersten mal gelingt, aber bei KAST kann man es kein 2. mal versuchen. Kostet zu viel zeit, und zeit ist kostbar, es gibt andere anbieter wie Krypto.com oder Tangem.

I asked several questions about shipping to Tunisia and whether the card would work with ATMs here. Mia responded, but the answers were very vague and not helpful. She said it works on “private ATMs” but couldn’t explain where to find them or provide any guidance. I’m very disappointed — this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Under no circumstances should you…

Under no circumstances should you register with KAST using the anonymous email address provided by Apple. KAST uses emails for 3D Secure verification that never arrive. So you only have a card that you can use to pay offline, at exorbitant fees! Support sends you round in circles. You have to send documents and provide your details over and over again. In the end, you won't get any help! It's best not to use KAST at all. If you have problems, you're on your own.

Bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht

Bisher gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die App ist einfach in der Nutzung, wünschenswert wäre dass sie auf Deutsch eingestellt werden könnte. Transparente Kommunikation durch Telegram-Kanal.

Habe bisher eine virtuelle aber auch die physische Karte genutzt und beides funktioniert ohne Probleme. Auch Rückabwicklungen funktionieren problemlos.

Klare Empfehlung.

It's a decent bank, I've been using it for a couple of months. It has its drawbacks, such as email support, but that's forgivable at the initial stage. I like it.

KAST CARD FEE HARVESTING SCAM

They use bots to do hat is eventually called fee harvesting. I had an unexpected transaction declined and before I could send funds to my card, they started their bot to repeatedly retry the transaction and fraudulently generate refusal fees. In a few hours, their bot sent me almost 400 emails and app notifications. I could barely use my phone, it would not stop ringing. Then I realized I was being scammed and removed the card as means of payment for the merchant that originally charged the card and sent me a single email notification of payment failure, as honest merchants do. These guys are professional scammers, don't use this card1

Funds withheld; no clear reason or timeline, they stole my money and refused to send to me

My account was blocked by KAST for a “security issue” and I’m stuck waiting with two refunds (total $269.70) in limbo. I sent ID, proof of address, and screenshots. All I get back are generic replies—no explanation, no steps, no ETA. This experience erodes trust. Customers deserve transparent reasons and a concrete timeline, not silence while our money is inaccessible.
