Paid in full.Letter sent confirming this. Two days later another penalty charge for the same infraction 53J. First penalty charge was in Montague Road. This charge is for St Stephen’s Road, same infraction 53J on 17 June.
On 17 June my car, for which you have used the same photos for the first charge, was sitting outside my flat in COLCHESTER. Perhaps you would care to explain just precisely what you think you are doing? I have already emailed and gone on X re this so I suggest you get this sorted out and issue confirmation of payment, again and an apology

The biggest frauds, only interested in taking people's money. Have a house that is under a mortgage and was changed to a let. For some reason, Ealing decided to go out of its way to report an issue to the bank, which is now thankfully resolved. You abide by all of the certificates and dumb selective license you now need to rent to a family.
Also, the yellow boxes in the borough are overextended to catch more drivers out, even when they're not blocking other traffic.

When a council changes the parking regulations in a street, it's normal to either post additional obvious warning signs in the area to alert drivers that they need to be aware; and/or allow contraventions to go with just a warning for the first time an unwitting driver parks incorrectly. Not Ealing Council. Out for money only.
After 10 years of parking in East Churchfield Road, by Acton Park, which was always '1 hour free parking' - I returned to my car a few weeks ago to see a PCN on the windscreen. Confused, I went to check the sign,m which was 6 spaces along from my spot and found the regulations had changed overnight. Same small sign, just now the writing had changed, it was no longer free. Why would I have thought to walk up the road to look at a sign after 10 years?? No warnings anywhere else. Plenty of opportunity to post warning signs at the start of the road or along it. All this was explained in my appeal, photos showing I had parked nowhere near the sign, but NO, Ealing want their money. No consideration made for those who didn't know the regulations had changed, who didn't know that one small sign has been swapped for a new one. Several other cars had tickets that day, so I was not the only one who was totally unaware of the change. Any reasonable council would issue warnings, not PCNs in the first week or so of a change of parking status. But not Greedy Sneaky Ealing.

For many years there was a Recycle/Waste Management Centre in STIRLING ROAD which is on an Industrial Estate in South Acton. It was very convenient for pedestrian-based users and was open 7 Days a week between 8 am and 4 pm. There were massive Skips there for Garden waste, Wood, Metal, Carpets and a Shed for Clothes and Shoes. There was also a Compactor for Black Bin-liners. Apart from Council income that would have come from the say, the Scrap Metal industry, some unofficial trading with the Public was allowed which benefitted many people and there was a good atmosphere and camaraderie there. Apart from that, items such as Hi-Fi, LPs, Laserjet Printers, Power Tools, Kitchen Sinks, Taps etc, i.e. items which might otherwise have been crushed, went back into re-use by people who continued to make use of them. All this came to a BRUTAL CLOSE DOWN in 2021 accompanied by an absolutely-RIDICULOUS TOTALITATARIAN Crackdown from Pedestrians who just wanted to drop-off a bag of grass cuttings, to the monitoring of all saloon car Registration numbers. Then the site was SHUT. Ostensibly this was to "save money".
Why, I don't know. Possibly the Compactor needed a refit or repair. Perhaps some of the staff could have been cut-back. It was in any case an extremely clean, well-managed and above-all a SAFE site. Rumor had it, that this excuse may well have been a Lie, and that Councillors were salivating about the possibility of selling the Site to a Property Developer for a huge amount....so "to Hell" with the long-suffering Rate Payers! Apparently then, "the Deal" fell-through leaving this Amenity now stripped-bare and totally-closed to the Public for the next 4 years. The Excuse now offered was that a Survey had revealed that Toxic Contamination was present on the Site, which I find hard believe too. The entire area was solid Tarmac and there was no River or a Factory nearby belching out smoke. In fact since the Clean Air Act of 1956 was introduced London's air was transformed almost overnight as Residents were either given free Gas Appliances or offered them at concessionary prices. Interestingly.....and (fast-fowarding to today's ignominious "Angela Rayner" excuses) the Council NEVER PUBLISHED the Report, if it existed AT ALL. So now the Site is very much under-used and only open between 11 am to 2 pm some 3 (or 4?) days a week as the newly-created and somewhat Ideological ACTON RE-CYCLE HUB offering some advice/training on Clothes Repair, Electronics, and offering (presumably for free) left-over paint, school uniforms and compost....in other words a somewhat Tame and WOKE replacement for a site that used to thrive and achieve something significant for the Community. Meanwhile, there is a huge Fly Tip, just opposite the main gate, of Recyclable Cardboard, Paint Tins and Mattresses completely ignored! And to cap that!....one of the first tower blocks to be completed on the corner of Roslin Road, BOOKBINDER COURT has been standing EMPTY for the last 3 years! In the meantime, if I have misconstrued anything in this Report, I am prepared to acknowledge and apologise for any mistakes or wrong conclusions that I may have made.

Although the repair was done and the lady I spoke to was lovely getting through to speak to someone was a nightmare. The whole system needs reviewing to make it easier to actually get through. I don’t know how elderly people manage to navigate the current system.

was living in a house for around 7 years, 4 children and one parent. Council decided to kick us out when we live right next to our school. We asked the council to move us to somewhere close to the school, council ignored us and we had to turn to another council. On my momma and her left toe dont trust this council period

Ealing borough is completely disgusting and inhumane. They decided to close Perimead Road to traffic, not allowing the parents to take their children to Perivale school by car anymore. Now children have to walk huge distances in the rain and cold, not to mention the fact that they got many people to pay fines because the signs showed up there suddenly and parents didn't even notice. Don't vote in these people, they are greedy monsters with no humanity, not even towards children. This is of the utmost cruelty.

Ealing is the worst council in the world. They go into people private roads and driveway to giving out parking fines. People needs to vote Labour out of Ealing.

I've been left in the street from Ealing Council pregnant 37 weeks and 5 days,unlawfully from my case officer and her manager, I have been provided duty to relief homless and priority need. I made several complaints trough the council.
All being ignored.
I have contacted MP
Ealing Council is failing to house pregnant women and discriminated me.
I am also in the morning in touch with a lawyer.
Be aware if you make a homless application heavily pregnant they not help you and due to ongoing application where they breach the law by leaving you in the street.
You cannot apply to another council.
Because once they accepted duty to care by law they must comply with it.
In my case there is been discrimination.
And maladministration.

Please, never, ever get a flat that's leaseheld by Ealing Council. They will ruin your every waking minute. Endless leaks, mould issues, plumbing issues, broken intercoms, anything you want. Their tenant support is non-existent, you'll spend so much time waiting on the phone line to sort the smallest issues, their repair crew only attends an appointment if Saturn aligns with Mercury, both are in retrograde, the repairman's cat had salmon for lunch, the temperature is exactly 13.5 degrees and you haven't thought of the white elephant for a week and a half. It would be jokes, it's just not funny.

Dealing with this council had been the most infuriating and frustrating experience in my entire life. It's been 1.5h since I am trying to PAY my council tax. These people just don't want the money and I am seriously thinking to honour that wish.
I spoke to 3 different people and not even one tried to help me.
Edit: after 3 hours I finally managed to speak to Bridget who was very patient and explained everything. Thank you to the only one employee that actually works!

Disgusting behaviour by traffic warden and the goons they have walking around with them. Saw them threatening women, when confronted then out their cameras on. Shame on you Ealing Council. Time for some auditors to start documenting this.

Seriously risky in Southall Broadway Markets Streets everywhere totally unsafe risk. CHRISTMAS CHRISTIANS Country UK at least PCN checkers needs to actively work for controlling this situations. Looked like willingly given them no jobs. Out of controlled VEHICLES parked unseasonably. So many risky drivers even though not bothered where they are parked completely over to footpaths pedestrians on risk to walk. CHRISTMAS day should to be well maintained and organised all shoppers or pedestrians are safe to walking at least. Its like proper jungle mess all around unbelievably doesn't looks like LONDON UK'S main City. There are so many without BLUE BADGE parked inside the BLUE BADGE Parking. BLUE BADGE misusing significantly by their families using the disable person name. All families including SON DAUGHTERS RELATIVES and relatives friends and families all they gets disable to misusing BLUE BADGE. Shameless proper Culprits Criminals. There are so many Offensive activities occurred by the Residents also outside Residents reasons is the VEHICLES parking. Totally mismanagement systems no action taken by the Council to prevent anything. Thousands and thousands of people are coming in SOUTHALL for shopping so that strictly should to be maintained.

Totally useless council run by a well paid CEO who hasn't improved standards during his tenure; I swear to God neither he nor his buddy, the leader of the council, read the reviews on here, they should be totally ashamed but couldn't care less, the only thing that they are good at is allowing high rise tower blocks to be constructed, probably because they are getting back handers from the developers. Accusations of corruption is often mentioned on here. The Evening Standard discovered that the parking wardens were issued targets or face disciplinary action, a practice that is prohibited under the Traffic Management Act, despite recordings these scoundrels denied it!

Their rating would be even worse were minus figures allowed and as such 1.3 isn't a true reflection of the borough.

Run by incompetent corrupt low lives, cashing in on peoples grief and loss by charging £9000.00 for a grave, yet you don't have any wrights. They hardly visit the cemetery and one can't meet anybody from the council, because like thieves they are hiding. The cemetery is run by a gang without any rules or regulations.

We have a flat in Hanwell. Neighbours keep throwing theirrubbish over the fence, tree growing up the back and rubbing our windows, gate to the flat falling off, ceiling falling in, no lights working in the stair well.
Tried to report it and the web site did not accept the information it asked for, so I called them and was told they would "make a note". It will have to be a very very big fag packet with the feed back on this site.
