Literally school children are just walking past rough people off there heads, toilet stains all over them and the pavement, private parts handing out while they sleep...

The people flooding Kensington High street are troubled nasty people causing mayhem.... Stealing every chance they get, begging if people refuse they insult them, they shout swear and act uncontrollably. RBKC need to get a grip of this ASAP or people are just going to move away...

Every shop owner will tell you, if people steal anything under £300.00 it's not worth reporting... Homeless people walk into food places put food in their mouth literally and what is the shop owner going to do ask for it back...

I am filing a complaint against Lucia Clarke at the Kensington Council. A man or women ?

You are not fit to work with vulnerable people or children and I was as a domestic violence survivor.

What the council and the landlord did was illegal renting inhabitable dangerous properties with mold and boiler problems. I first day I arrived there was no hot water and the boiler was broken the entire time. The property was filthy and the carpet had mold and was not replaced in years.

I sent various emails and messages about the broken property and nothing was done not only that the landlord or property manager was Harrasing and flirting with me and speaking down to me. I ended up in the emergency room
with a lower chest infection and my child did too and I have evidence of the hospital reports and damages in the property.

Iknow my rights in the law about housing and I will file a complaint and lawsuit and need to speak to a supervisor and I will change housing officers.

You can NOT exploit vulnerable people or children and you need to be fired immediately.

This is a crime and I will be seeking legal action.

The council was good-ish until their systems got hacked in November 2025 and they haven't got them back up yet. That's 6 months ago. They are uncontactable by email, you can't make council tax payments online. I reported to them I was moving house in February 2026 to another borough. I even played the wild goose chase department to department transfer game in March 2026 and told them I left and to make sure they registered that and stop sending me bills, but the persons said their systems were down and they were unable to do anything. But I am still getting council tax bills for March 2026 onwards by email! It's quite selective on what is down and what isn't down. This is one of the richest boroughs in the land and they can hire IT people to fix their systems. There is no excuse for having systems down for 6 months.

This is a review for M Lukac who is a correspondence officer at RBKC parking services and also Jarbun. Both have been superstars with helping me with my parking tickets. RBKC had a cyber attack and there was issues with my permit and emails sent. Both of them have gone out of their way to help me rectify the issue and I’m so grateful. Excellent customer service from throughout. Thank you so much

I have an elderly father who is 92 years old and suddenly the Housing benefit has stopped paying his rent as he hasn't got to much funds so he is worry ,the worse thing is no one, is avaliable to explain the reason all the phones are down no one answer anything and he is not mobile to go himself to ask so he sent a friend and the actual building close all down and no one to even give advise as the reason.
Whatever is happening whether is hacking or anything else this vulnerable elderly people are completely lost without any explanation and no confident in how to find help so maybe just an emergency phone where they can just ask questions and manege their stress .

My experience with this council has been incredibly disappointing and stressful. I have been trying to update my parking permit after changing my vehicle registration, yet despite multiple calls and emails, I have received no response, no update, and no support.

Every time I manage to speak to someone, I’m told the issue will be “flagged,” but nothing ever happens. I am currently abroad trying to resolve this remotely, and instead of a simple and routine update, I’m left chasing the council repeatedly without any progress.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that I have already paid for a six-month valid permit, yet because the council is unable — or unwilling — to update their own system with my new registration, I am now expecting my vehicle to be fined or even towed. The failure is entirely on their side, yet I will be the one facing the consequences.

For a council operating in a well-resourced London borough, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic competence is shocking. This situation should have been resolved quickly and professionally, yet instead it has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Until the council improves its systems, responsiveness, and respect for residents, I cannot rate or recommend them any higher.

Allowed me to be abused as a child & a vulnerable adult!

Ignored environmental health issues, disabilities & attempts at complaints.

Offered zero support with anything I requested! I.e advocacy support, occupational therapy etc

The planning department don’t have a handle on what they are supposed to be doing. Never have any answers to questions. I couldn’t find the relevant form on website, neither could planning officer. Told me to google it. Absolutely beyond comprehension that people employed by this department have no clue but expect a fee to be paid and that basically is that was the only concern.The project has been approved but apparently my client, I and god only know this. Planning department are currently confused by this even though they approved it. It’s like being a man with one leg in an arse kicking contest.

No Brainer
Reported disturbing noise from a street sound system around 2 pm and spoke with someone who gave me a reference number, 364030. To their credit, I did receive a call saying it would be investigated.
Noise continued unabated until 7 pm. Called again with the reference number and was told there was no such reference number (despite receiving an email). Given another reference number, 364032. No one called again. Annoying to have to keep windows closed all day in stifling heat

I just wish RBKC would send a receipt via email once you have paid PCN, Also the AI chat is rubbish, when trying to prove you have paid

This council are ripping drivers off,£13 for two hours parking, they, like all London boroughs seem to hate cars in the city complaining of pollution, and charging cars for access, yet the underground is the single most killer of people for pollution, so they are forcing you out of the car into a subterranean hovel that is disgusting and polluted beyond belief, the co2 levels are so high in the underground that it should be shut down.

Minus if possible. Robert Hutton was dealing with a funeral for an old neighbour. He had my number to inform me of the date , time and venue. Funeral arranged on 17/2/25. Hutton had my details dating back to 3/2/25. He informed businesses used by the deceased of the funeral yet , did not think to inform myself. He is full of his own importance and excuses. Funeral took place on 4/3/25. He had 2 weeks to inform me. No excuse is good enough. I’ve made a formal complaint and, will take this to the top. Despicable. Denied the chance to pay my respects to someone that had nobody. No excuse is acceptable. Cowardly behaviour. He ignored my attempts at contact. Finally he responded to my email today by phone. Not remotely sorry for his mistake.

If I could I would give 0 star I have a 7 year old Down syndrome child with a heart condition and a four year old month baby my Neighbours are harassing me and when I am not at home making complaints when showing I wasn’t their they are saying it my duty if I leave people in my property to ensure they don’t cause nuisance but I don’t leave people in my property I got take to court and can potentially loose my home if any one makes allegations housing officer is denying she said something near several provisionals and is refusing to move Me due to conflict my Neighbours threatened to get people to break my head in I called the police yet my neighbours are saying it was me threatening to break their head in and I made false allegation my neighbours have been harassing me and housing is saying they won’t move me even though my social worker is asking them to move me as well as me so I have to put up with allegations and harassment it is disgusting and the cherry on top is I have to pay for the courts and the housing solicitor fee I am a single mum and not working which was over five thousand pounds this housing is disgusting and is discriminating against me if I could I would give 0 stars and they also need to investigate as well as hire professionals not immature adults p.s without my permission when in court they have told a judge they had a recording of me when they visited of our conversation which I was not aware of do not trust workers as they record behind closed doors so be careful about discussions taking place as your personal discussions can be recorded

I have damaged windows I called u more than 20 times and no one cares ,I have had this since 2022 .
U keep sending people to take a photo and you always send the same person and he says you need to replace them cannot be fixed, but you don’t do anything. I will go to court now,
Mould is starting to grow,and the wood of windows is wearing away .

The Noise and Nuisance team is horrible! Lazy clueless hopeless bunch of employees getting money for nothing! Absolutely useless and incompetent!! Every time using their service is an absolute waste of time!! Case goes from one officer to another without much handover and consistency, office based people are simply rude and arrogant, they don’t care about the case much as it’s not them suffering from the noise. Shame they are getting paid for being employed working like that :(.

Got through to the Council Tax department quickly and spoke to a very helpful lady re changing the name of our tenant and she couldn't have been more helpful. Very nice and very helpful and very polite. Five Stars!!

Just spoke with Sheila over the phone due to an incorrect council tax letter being sent. She was so patient and helpful and has sorted our issue and sent a follow up email confirming. Amazing service - so impressed!
