Scott arrived when he said & got straight to work.
After using the plunger he 1st thought it sorted, but refilled & checked several times before asking me what i thought. It still seemed slightly slow, so he took the side off & checked the trap, all clean.
Then we went outside & Scott pointed out the likely area if there was a blockage and suggested a quote.

Plumber Scott was helpful and friendly. He was very supportive and gave us good advice.

Only the forth visit by Carl Whittington, got our cistern/toilet into good working order using British gas Home Cover ( three others could not quite do it). Carl obviously has mre experience and a determination to ensure the job was completed to his professional standards. British gas need more like him.

Dyno/Rod engineer (Carl B) arrived at 08:30am as advised. A problem with a water leak which was located under the floorboard, Carl identified the problem as a leaking led nut joint on the water supply pipe which was allowing water to leak into the property. Carl explained what he needed to do, he showed expert and professional throughout, the floor which he had to cut and lift to get to the leak was carefully put back into place with care to prevent as little damage as possible, Very satisfied with the service, added that he was friendly and professional

I have a Homecare contract with British Gas and on 2 occasions I reported blocked shower and sink. Both times Dynarod used a plunger and said there was no longer a problem. Both times within hours the problem reoccurs. After the shower flooded my bathroom I used my emergency cover on my home insurance and they sent a brilliant company, Lanes, who within 10 minutes diagnosed a blocked sewerage pipe on my drive which they promptly cleared. I cancelled my BG cover so I can now deal with a professional company who correctly diagnose plumbing issues rather than Dynarod

Needed a new cistern on our toilet. Engineer did a great job replacing it.
Kept well informed of the appointment and rang twenty minutes before he arrived.

We used Dyno through our Homecare cover after finding a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. Booking was easy and the plumber who attended, Ben P was extremely efficient and very pleasant. The leak was found and the problem dealt with effectively.

Arrived the same day to sort out my blocked drain. Cleared the blockage and even showed me the camera view of where the blockage had been, a buried manhole.
Cleaned up afterwards. Excellent service.

Carl came round, I had a broken thermostat for a radiator he replaced it straight away as it was not feasible to fix
