Dyno-Rod - Lincolnshire & Hull Anmeldelser 

Well Kieran who came out first Mis diagnosed the issue and said I had to dig up near the old toilet in the shed, but the drain goes under the house not to the shed.
Simon and Chris came today and did an amazing job. They cleared the block and also identified that there were rods in the drain 12 meters from my man hole, this implied that they had been left by Yorkshire Water, they are going to report this issues of the rods to Yorkshire Water so they can retrieve the rods so my issue won’t happen again, I hope they do.
I would like a full report of the issue and pictures of the rods in the drain in the road so I can report it as well.

A really great job done by your engineer. Thorough, efficient , professional and friendly. He kept me fully informed throughout the whole process.

The work to diagnose and fix the problem was excellent.

I was a bit disappointed by what came before. I originally called at 10.30am on Saturday and received a text saying my appointment was between 10.30am and 2.30pm.

By 3pm I had not heard anything so I called and was told the engineer had been delayed but he would call when he was on his way.

The engineer finally called at about 8pm and said he was going to struggle to get to us that day and could he come on Sunday morning? I said yes as it was getting late. But I also explained that it would need to be before 1pm as we had commitments on Sunday afternoon.

Someone from Dynorod then called at 9am on Sunday to apologise and to say that the engineer would call when he was on his way.

By 11.40am I had not heard anything so called the engineer. He said that he was still on a job over an hour anyway and would not get to us before 1pm!!

I did not want to delay things any further so I arranged for a friend to come to our house to wait for the engineer.

He did finally arrive at 1.45pm, and resolved the problem efficiently. It's just a shame that there was so much messing around and inconvenience in the preceeding 24 hours.

Communication and info from the website all accurate made getting the price very simple and quick.
Technician very thorough and complicated the job within 1.5 hours in the dark and during rain without complaint.
Very promote and good service provided through to successful outcome.

Engineer came and eventually cleared the blockage by cutting into the waste pipe and descaling with a rotary device.
This was brilliant news,he cleaned up and departed.

Imagine my surprise when I received a report from Dyno Rod informing me that the job was only guaranteed for 14 days as limescale deposits still remained within the pipe .This was never discussed with me by the engineer as the report was made after he had left the house and I object strongly to my signature being used in my absence
And I never received a receipt.!!

In your reply there were no indications as to what was going to be done to resolve the issues that I raised.

Simon was a lovely guy. He solved the drainage problem efficiently. He talked us through what he was doing and answered all our questions. I felt well looked after.

Kieran was very friendly and professional, he explained everything as he went along, I wish everyone was more like him when they visit your house, thank you again.

Dyno Rod customer Service not so good. Booked an engineer appointment for pm and they turned up at 0800. I was at work when I called to query it they turned it around to being my fault.
Customer service skills not great.
Engineers were great and proffesional but they are only as good as Information they are given by Co-Ordinator.

Simon arrived as per shedule. Phoned me when on his way. Sorted my blocked drain in a very professional way. Great service.

The quick response from start to finish was fantastic. The chap that came out was very knowledgeable and was quick to find and resolve the issue. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent service. Very politely professional young man sorted problem. Plastic toilet freshener had fallen in and blocked toilet.

Prompt Service, phoned the evening before and we could’ve had emergency call out - but wasn’t needed. I.e. important but not urgent. A text followed my phone call, and a fabulous technician called Rob arrived early the following morning. Sorted the blocked drain , showed us through the camera the problem, and gave advice. Highly recommend these people, they are experts at what they do .

The prompt service was excellent, I think the technician was called Simon, he phoned almost immediately after I’d booked the call to confirm he was on his way. On arrival he promptly assessed the situation and removed the blockage. He was extremely efficient and polite. We would certainly recommend. Thank you for your prompt service

If I could give, I think his name was Kieran, 10 ticks/ stars I would. Straight away I felt comfortable and at ease with him. He was very kind, knowledgeable, efficient and he gave me some good advice on how to improve my toilet set up. 100% a lovely chap and a credit to your company.

What a fantastic service, called and they got someone out straight away, communication was excellent and we had the most amazing man over here in Lincolnshire to explain every step of the investigation of finding our blockage.
