First rate service
First rate service. A cheaper drains service charged a bit less but completely failed to unblock and clear overflowing sewage but DYNOROD did it in five minutes and cleared all the roots within one hour. Big (and expensive) mistake not to go to them first

Kitchen Waste pipe blocked
Kitchen sink/dishwasher drain had blocked causing the patio to flood.
Called Dyno Rod and they had an operative on site in 80 minutes. Blockage was cleared quickly and efficiently in 45 minutes . Would definitely recommend

It was an easy process
It was an easy process. Phoned in the morning the man was there by lunchtime and cleared the blocked pipe which 2 plumbers had been unable to do. Transparent pricing. Very pleased. Will use this again if needed.

Carl promptly attended after my call. On arrival he was extremely polite and respectful (eg he removed his boots without being asked), and he quickly identified and dealt with the problem. A1 service and I can’t fault anything from start to finish. I would highly recommend him.

phenomenal, came out within 2 hours of me requesting support, sorted within the hour, really decent engineer, went the extra mile by hosing down the area that had overflowed for me. hopefully won’t have to have another visit, but if i do, i won’t hesitate to reach out again. Very reasonable cost as well, was expecting it a lot more especially when requesting same day call out. Nice to see so thank you once again

This was Excellent service from beginning to end. The online booking was so easy. The engineer checked if he could attend a bit early and get directions to my home. He unblocked my drain within no time and answered all my queries and reassured me, in good working order.
I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you, so relieved.

Knowledgeable, thorough and efficient
It's the second time I have used this service. As previously, the plumber was polite, knowledgeable, calm, efficient and thorough. Hopefully the problem has been solved now. Really impressed that I phoned in the morning and the plumber visited in the afternoon. A shame about the online booking system. Don't waste your time on it. I couldn't select a date on it. Really pointless, but the actual service aside of the rubbish online booking system was excellent on both occasions.
