They are unfortunately a fraud shop. I had ordered good from them and they just did not send them. Do not buy from them.

The website makes it easy to order. After that, good luck. I placed my order almost two weeks ago. I’ve been asking for shipment status and still have received no information. The link I was initially sent with shipment tracking info yielded nothing. Just a blank screen. Someone replied to my initial inquiry indicating I’d receive a reply subsequently on my shipment status - nothing. I’d rate the customer service as abysmal. Here’s a tip Druksell - when you inform a customer that they shall receive follow up in a specific time frame - it’s a good policy to take action on what you committed to doing!

Thank you for your review. I apologize apologize for the sloppy customer response time as our shipments are handled by Bhutan postal services and whenever their tracking systems are down- it yields into blanks screens.
With regard to our chat services, we had been facing hundreds of queires which we have to attend and in some cases get overlooked-

They were unable to deliver their product to the USA.

And their online chat for support doesn't work. Their agent never responded after several minutes.
I would not trust this company again, and I recommend other consumers to think twice before making a purchase with them.

This is in response to your feedback. We know you were not happy to know that your item was not delivered primarily due to customs restriction, however, we are taken by surprise that you can leave such derogatory reviews.
Please note that we had responded to you the very next day and we sent you an email regarding the issue and also mentioned our chat service issues. We don't understand why you have to go on to even say- do not trust this company- since we have already shipped many whiskey bottles to the USA which can be proven-
