Je suis très contente du résultat qui a changé complètement mon visage ! Je me sens beaucoup mieux. J’ai été reçu et accompagné à chaque étape avec un très grand soin médical, esthétique avec un vrai professionnalisme, une communication très fluide tout au long du processus. Lors de l’intervention qui est assez intense (car on est longtemps immobilisé), l’équipe médical a pris soin de moi, veillant à tout, santé, confort, etc. Avec une anesthésie locale très bien réalisée pendant toute la durée de l’opération. Petite astuce pour les femmes qui viennent de l’étranger, c’est vraiment mieux de venir accompagnée par un proche - ce qui fut mon cas-, les heures qui suivent l’opération sont un peu difficiles avec les œdèmes et la sensation des cheveux arrachés, et la présence d’un proche aide à surmonter les premiers jours post opératoires.

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, über den Transport bis zur OP war alles wahnsinnig gut organisiert. Dr.Serkan Aygin nimmt sich für jeden Patienten die Zeit und bespricht die Vorgehensweise und zeichnet die optimale Haarlinie ein. Ich war wirklich überrascht wie professionell und kompetent das ganze Team und die Struktur dort aufgebaut ist.

Ein weitere Highlight sind wirklich die Dolmetscher. Durchgehend wird einem der nächste Schritt erklärt und man kann alle Fragen stellen. Richtig nette Menschen!

Ich würde jederzeit wieder die Klinik wählen! Danke für alles!

Die Organisation rund um die OP und die OP war sehr gut , der shuttle kam immer pünktlich, es wurde sich gut um einen gekümmert alles war top.

Nur muss man bisschen Geduld mitbringen da es zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten kommen kann am tag der OP.

Kontra: Das Nackenkissen - ist null bequem und wirk sehr billig. Am besten ein eigenes mitbringen.

Ich habe erwartet das man gewisse Pflegeprodukte mit nach hause bekommt ohne nochmal 30 bis 600€ zu zahlen. Da man eh schon genug Geld da lässt meiner Meinung nach.

Ansonsten war alles supper.

Das gesamte Personal war megafreundlich und haben sich von Anfang bis Ende super um uns gekümmert

Großes Lob auch an Ceyda die sich vor meiner Anreise schon mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt hat fande ich echt toll sie ist total nett und hilft sofort wenn man fragen hat oder sonst was.

Leider erinnere ich mich nicht mehr an die Namen die die OP bei mir gemacht haben aber ich möchte mich auch ganz herzlich bei ihnen bedanken es war zwar lang aber die Unterhaltung die wir während der OP gemacht haben was sehr angenehm wie wenn man sich schon länger kennen würde und sowas ist echt selten deshalb nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an alle

Die Organisation ist gut, allerdings wirkt alles wie eine Massenabfertigung. Ich habe den Arzt Serkan Aygin kein einziges Mal zu Gesicht bekommen, obwohl die Klinik mit seinem Namen wirbt. Stattdessen bekommt man einfach ein Team zugeteilt und hofft, dass alles gut läuft.
Ich hatte beziehungsweise habe leichte Geheimratsecken und bin deshalb dorthin gegangen. Leider wurde die Haarlinie so gestaltet, dass mir Haare in Bereiche transplantiert wurden, in denen bereits Haare vorhanden waren, während mein eigentliches Problem kaum angegangen wurde.
Beim Erstgespräch wurde mir eine bestimmte Haarlinie eingezeichnet, am OP Tag dann plötzlich eine völlig andere. Lasst euch davon also nicht täuschen.
Mit dem Service an sich war ich zufrieden, aber für mich hat sich die OP in Bezug auf Preis und Leistung überhaupt nicht gelohnt.

Sehr gute Betreuung in der Dr. Serkan Aygin Hair Transplant Clinic - von der Vorbereitung über die Betreuung vor Ort und den Eingriff bis zur Nachsorge alles sehr professionell und trotzdem freundlich organisiert. This has been an amazing experience altogether! From the very first moment I felt extremely well guided, everything was super professional yet empathic and hospitable. I had no pain, did not even need the painkillers and the result already looks amazing. I barely had any swelling and looked like nothing but a buzzcut happened 8 days after surgery. Tesekkürler!

I had arranged to attend this clinic having declared my medical information well in advance of the procedure. Unfortunately, due to what appeared to be poor internal communication within the company, this information was not reviewed until the day of the procedure itself.

As a result, I incurred significant financial losses, including my deposit, hotel costs, transport, and flights, all of which were wasted due to the late decision-making process. Despite these circumstances, there appeared to be very little ownership or accountability taken regarding the situation, and there was no meaningful consideration given to refunding the deposit.

I was also disappointed by the lack of clinical transparency surrounding the decision. Rather than having the situation explained by a medical professional, I was instead counselled by a manager, which did not feel appropriate given the clinical nature of the issue.

Overall, the approach felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated. While I appreciate that the staff remained courteous throughout what was clearly a difficult situation, courtesy alone did not adequately address the magnitude of the disorganisation or the impact this had on me both financially and emotionally.

Had a great experience at Dr Serkan’s clinic. For some context -
I went in for a hair transplant as a male in my 40s. I previously had a hair transplant at a clinic in Harley Street and was at first wary of going to Turkey due to the thought of the journey home, post surgery. I am glad I went. The clinic is far more advanced than the one I visited in the UK. It was a more professional experience all the way from how it looked, how sterile it was and the staff interaction.

I also got exosome and PRP treatment.

It is too early to comment on results, but the aftercare has also been very good. I got clear instructions and a follow up - something I never got in London.

Excellent service from start to finish even the after care service so far so good highly recommend honestly so far amazing results

I am a doctor myself and was a bit worried about the quality of care, but I didn't need to be. The staff, including Julia, Yasin, and the lovely, experienced technicians (sorry, I forgot their names), drivers, and other team members at the clinic, have been excellent. The communication, prompt attention, and care were much appreciated. Although at times it felt like conveyor belt work, which is understandable given the volume of patients they handle. The doctors were experienced, and I would have liked a bit more interaction with them, but overall it was a very positive experience.
