I recently had my hair transplant at Serkan Aygin Clinic and my experience was excellent from start to finish.

The whole team was professional, friendly, and very organized throughout the entire process. The translators, drivers, nurses, and medical staff made everything smooth and stress-free, especially as an international patient.

Dr. Serkan Aygin and the clinic staff explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during the operation. The clinic itself was modern, clean, and professional.

I also appreciated the aftercare guidance and support after the procedure. The team answered my questions quickly and helped me feel confident about the recovery process.

Es war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Ich habe viele nette Menschen kennengelernt. Dr Serkan Aygin und sein Team sind sehr offen und helfen bei allen Fragen rund um die Behandlung. Es war stets fair und das Hotel war in einer guten Lage zwischen Doku und Elyssum. Man ist schnell abgeholt worden und ist auch immer stets höflich behandelt worden. Ein und Auschecken ging reibungslos und man kann sich mit der Klinik in Kontakt halten bei Fragen über weitere Vorgängen bzgl. seiner Haarstrukturen in der Zukunft.

Il giorno dell’intervento mi sono sentito seguito e rassicurato in ogni fase. Il team è professionale e attento, e l’operazione è stata più tranquilla di quanto mi aspettassi. Anche nel post-operatorio ho ricevuto tutte le indicazioni necessarie e supporto costante.

Nazdar and the team oglan, shigri and two more girls whose names I missed, made the procedure a breeze. It was a long 7-8 hours procedure but all of them showed so much love and care, it made it so much easy. A big thanks and love for Nazdar and the team. They are the superstars!!
Jessie was my WhatsApp booking advisor and promptly answered all my questions in detail and with lots of patience. She is very knowledgeable too and very caring. I will give her an easy 5 star or better. Khaleel was also a great help during consultation and drew the hairline just like I wanted.haiderali and serkan also reviewed and adjusted the hairline.
Their patient care is just next level and goes far far above and beyond the North American standards.
It would be nice if the package included sample lotion and shampoo for atleast first 7 days. I will also add ibis hotel was pretty basic and didn’t look like a 4 star. I’d say 2 star at best. The breakfast was alright though.
I will now wait for the hairs to grow to know how successful was the procedure.

Traveled from the US to Istanbul for surgery. Was a little worried on the plane ride over but upon getting a consultation and seeing the clinic I knew this was a top notch facility. The staff was fantastic and transplant clinic was state of the art. Follow up was prompt and transportation from airport and hotel was great. I would highly recommend Dr Aygin's clinic.

I am absolutely thrilled by the professional service I got at this clinic—from start to finish. Once I contacted the clinic online (from the US), my liaison via WhatsApp and phone was Jessie Turkel. She is the best of the best in professional customer service. From the first message to the last, she was patient, particular, and professional. I asked many questions; she never lost her patience but took the time and trouble to respond promptly, precisely, and completely.

The staff at the clinic was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, from start to finish. They made me comfortable, answered me to my satisfaction, making sure to allay any of my apprehensions or concerns.

Lastly, the logistics of the entire operation was flawless and like clockwork: airport limo pick-up and drop off, hotel stay (included in package), drives to and from hotel and clinic. The drivers were very courteous and compliant, as were the interpreters. I never felt frustrated or lost.

Had it not been for Jessie’s seamless handling of every detail such a processes’s logistics dictates, from pin to elephant, none of the above would be possible to start with.

Excellent experience, veey happy to choose Serkan Aygin's clinic, the doctors, nurses and all the staff were pretty helpful and professional. Even the after care team, I get feedback for any question in short time.

I had been searching for the right clinic for over a year and eventually found Dr. Serkan Aygin online. Initially, I had some doubts about how the process would go. I had an online consultation with Julia, which was helpful overall.

On arrival in Istanbul, I had to wait around 30 minutes for my taxi, which was a bit disappointing. I was also not satisfied with the hotel provided. It was described as a 4-star hotel, but it was an Ibis hotel, which felt quite basic, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke throughout. I believe a better hotel could have been arranged for clients. I would rate the hotel 1 star.

That said, the procedure itself was excellent. The clinic was very clean, well-organised, and staffed with a large and professional team. The technician who carried out my procedure, Ahmad, was outstanding. The entire team did a great job and deserve recognition.

The following day, my dressing was removed and I received the necessary aftercare treatment. I am now on day 8 post-procedure and, overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by the clinic.

Even the final leg of the trip—the transport back to the airport—went off without a hitch. The coordination was flawless from start to finish.
