I had a really good experience with my hair transplant. The staff Mr Berk Cetin speciallly were super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. Everything was explained clearly, so I didn’t feel nervous about the procedure.
The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the team seemed very experienced. They paid attention to details and made sure I was okay the whole time.
What I liked the most was the hospitality. Everyone was kind, patient, and always ready to help. The service was honestly better than I expected.
So far, I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant.

Service war super. Organisation war top. Es ging alles sehr gut voran. Die OP war erfolgreich und die Ärzte fokussiert und fürsorglich, man war in guten Händen aufgehoben. Das deutsche sprachige Team aus Ceyda, Esra, Süleyman und Sümeyye waren sehr freundlich und engagiert, es wurde alles deutlich erklärt und offene Fragen beantwortet. Kurz gefasst in allen Bereichen bestens versorgt. Danke an das ganze Team die mitgewirkt haben.

I think it's great. I had the hair transplant surgery there in December 2024 supervised by Dr Deniz Koca and overall it was very good. The surgery itself was painless and went quickly. I am happy with the results. The only thing that I regret is getting a small amount of grafts transplanted to the side of the head, it would've been better to only do it for scalp and crown. Overall I definitely recommend Dr Serkan Aygin Clinic!

Heb een hele goede ervaring gehad. Professionele organisatie. Goede adviezen en 24/7 ondersteuning via whatsapp. De behandeling viel heel erg mee en was zoveel minder vervelend dan mijn vorige behandeling ergens anders. Nu afwachten op het echte resultaat!

Fin dal primo contatto e dalla prenotazione mi sono sentito seguito passo dopo passo in ogni momento, fino al ritorno a casa e al post operatorio.
L’organizzazione è stata impeccabile: trasferimenti aeroporto-hotel-clinica sempre puntuali e ben gestiti, hotel confortevole e personale della clinica estremamente disponibile, gentile e professionale.
Ho apprezzato molto anche la presenza di personale multilingue, che permette di sentirsi sempre a proprio agio e supportati durante tutta l’esperienza.
Anche il post operatorio è seguito con attenzione, con assistenza continua e risposte rapide a qualsiasi dubbio o domanda.

Mon intervention du jeudi 14 mai 2026 a été marquée par trois manquements et négligences que je ne peux passer sous silence.
Avant mon déplacement, la clinique Idil m’avait confirmé par écrit qu’un coiffeur sur place pourrait raser mes cheveux de manière discrète, afin de me permettre de reprendre mes activités professionnelles dès la semaine suivante (on m’a emmené vers ce coiffeur mais le lendemain de l’implantation des greffons et donc après qu’un assistant médical m’a complètement rasé le contour de la tête !!!). Le Dr Aygın lui-même a confirmé, devant son équipe, qu’une intervention en DHI long était parfaitement possible et qu’il n’était pas nécessaire de raser l’intégralité de la tête. L’équipe opérationnelle d’Ömer a néanmoins insisté pour tout raser, malgré mon refus explicite et répété. Lorsque j’ai demandé le coiffeur promis, c’est en réalité l’agent médical chargé d’implanter les greffons qui s’est présenté à moi en se faisant passer pour le coiffeur. Cette précipitation, manifestement motivée par le seul souci de gagner du temps, m’a contraint à annuler l’intégralité de mes obligations professionnelles de la semaine suivante.
L’intervention a par ailleurs été réalisée par l’un des collaborateurs du Dr Aygın, au sein de l’équipe médicale d’Ömer, et il est rapidement apparu qu’il ne disposait pas d’une expérience approfondie. Le manquement le plus concret tient au nombre de greffons effectivement implantés : alors que 3 300 greffons étaient prévus et convenus, moins de 3 000 ont été réalisés selon ses dires. Ce différentiel n’a rien d’anecdotique et révèle un défaut de rigueur dans la conduite de l’opération.
Pendant les sept heures d’intervention, l’assistante médicale placée à ma gauche, rattachée à l’équipe d’Ömer, s’est montrée d’une brutalité que je n’avais jamais connue : appuis très forts et répétés sur mes côtes, mouvements brusques de la tête, pressions douloureuses sur le front (aucun intérêt médical à appuyer comme cela d’ailleurs). Je le lui ai signalé à plusieurs reprises et j’ai demandé à un assistant peu expérimenté, qui remplaçait le médecin de l’équipe d’Ömer, d’intervenir pour qu’elle cesse et présente ses excuses. Aucune excuse n’a été formulée par cette assistante désagréable et peu compétente.
Je tiens malgré tout, par honnêteté, à saluer l’extrême gentillesse, la douceur et le professionnalisme de l’assistante Buse, ainsi que la qualité de l’accompagnement assuré par les deux traducteurs, Mohamed et Rahmatoullah, à l’écoute et particulièrement bienveillants. Ils méritent toute ma reconnaissance.
J’étais pourtant un patient fidèle de cette clinique. Ce n’est désormais plus le cas. Je déconseille aujourd’hui cet établissement à toute personne envisageant une greffe capillaire : le niveau s’est dégradé d’année en année, à mesure que la précipitation et les impératifs de rentabilité ont pris le pas sur la qualité des prises en charge.

Der Prozess der ganzen Klinik könnte deutlich besser sein. Als Patient und Kunde wird man nur gering über die einzelnen Themen aufgeklärt. Außerdem wird ein starkes upselling betrieben, was man im Vorfeld wissen sollte.
Insgesamt gibt es bei der Klinik die früh und spät Schicht. Abhängig davon in welcher man ist, wird man entsprechend abgeholt.
In der spät Schicht werden die Personen gegen 11 abgeholt. Und man muss teilweise sehr lange warten, da einem vorher nicht gesagt wird, wann die Operation ist.
Bei mir war der Fall, dass ich um 11 abgeholt wurde und die Operation erst im 16 Uhr gestartet ist.
Trotz aller vorherigen Stationen die man durchläuft, musste ich ca. 3 Stunden warten. Sowas kann man deutlich besser machen.
Die Stationen selbst wurden nicht erklärt und hatten teilweise keinen Mehrwert. Zum Beispiel wurde ein 3D Scan vom Kopf gemacht. Das hat keine 5 Minuten gedauert und gab es keine Erklärung dazu. Keine Infos, keine Analyse und keine Beratung.
Nach dem einzeichnen der haarlinie wurde mir empfohlen, eine Stammzellen Therapie zu machen. Mit der Information überraschen sie einen und wollen, dass man das dazubucht. Kosten ca. 1500 Euro. Aber leider gab es keine gute Erklärung und es wurde sehr aggressiv verkauft.
Die Operation selbst und das Personal waren sehr professionell, aber die Prozesse davor und die Beratung ist schlecht.
Vielleicht ist das typisch für einer Hair Mill Klinik, aber da war ich leider enttäuscht.

State of the art clinic with 5 star staff ,everyone was brilliant helpful and nice and obviously Excellent in there field of expertise. Shuttles to and from the airport and clinic and stayed in 4 star hotel 👍 would recommend to anyone thinking any surgeries.
