If you can book direct through Basildon, you will save a lot of grief dealing with the very difficult staff at head office that dont seem to have the same quality of customer service

As it was the first time I had to hire car, I was a bit sceptical. But the whole process was very smooth and the Branch Manager Barry took the time and explained everything in detail. I have to say he was very professional and always happy to help me with every time I requested for an extension. I would recommed Drivalia to my friends and family.
