Made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped into the store at the Worcester branch. Charlotte who looked after us could have not been more helpful explaining everything fully. Thoroughly recommend Dreams when looking to purchase either a bed, mattress or both.

Georgia was very helpful and we were very happy Georgia's customer care and Helpful Ness in finding us the rite mattress And Bedframe so can't wait to have them delivered and try them out 😊😊😊

Excellent experience purchasing new bed and mattress. We were able to try out various mattresses in the Worcester shop and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Delivery went exactly to plan, would definitely use them again, thank you and well done everyone!

We had good service and advice in the shop and prompt delivery on schedule.
However, the paperwork with the purchase of a mattress was very brief, not giving full details of the product we were buying.

From start to finish the service I received was superb.
I visited to Worcester store where James was able to advise me on various options and considerations to make. I went away for a few day and returned to meet James again who was able to listen and advise on my requirements, place the order whilst maintaining great communication with my 2 young sons at the same time. My 3 year old sons walked away incredibly happy with a new book each and knowing they would be having new beds soon. James was amazing and a true asset to the company.
Communication on the run up to delivery was faultless. At delivery there was some water damage to one of the packages, the excellent 2 man crew were able to advise me straight away on the next process which they were able to handle themselves so required no effort from me. The replacement for the damaged packaged arrived exactly when I was informed it would be with a great crew again.
Thank you for making what could have been a stressful decision incredibly easy. It was a joy to buy from you, thank you!

Excellent customer service. Charlotte was attentive, knowledgable and helpful, and we didn't feel any pressure to buy immediately before we were ready. We went back the next day and ordered.

The service in the Worcester store was excellent. So much so that given all the information by James to takeaway and sleep on overnight, we were back in store 15 minutes later placing the order!

Really impressed with customer service in the Worcester store. Georgia took my number and called me to let me know about a promotion which ended up saving us lots of money! We’d seen an offer online but really glad we came into the store to discuss it as it worked out much better for us. We would definitely return!

Didn't pester but did "pop by" several times to provide info and answer questions. Other staff also pleasant and engaged you, not ignored.

I visited your Lowesmoor Place, Worcester store on the 15/12/2020 I currently work for the NHS in Theatres and ITU I was impressed with the store with regards to protecting myself and my 78 year old Mum and also protecting your staff. Adam the Manager and James are a credit to your store and were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, every process was explained clearly in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Also Rachel (who served me initially) who was being trained there whilst she could not be trained at her home store in Wolverhampton due to COVID. I would not hesitate in ordering anything again from this store and wish Adam, James and Rachel get the recognition they all deserve in these challenging times we are living in.

We visited the Worcester store as we needed to purchase a new mattress and divan due to sleep problems I have been having for some time. ‘Big James’ in store greeted us when we got there and was so very helpful. I explained what we were there for and he took us to the Sleep Match machine to get started. His product knowledge and attentiveness was fantastic. We were in store for a very long time trying out lots of options and never once felt rushed or pressured into a sale. We felt really looked after and were also very pleased with all the Covid safe measures in place at the store. We were both so impressed with our visit and would definitely recommend the Dreams store in Worcester for their fantastic service.
