Friendly staff at the store, took me through the purchase options and ordered it. Simple process, helped by the staff. Delivered on time, assembled, rubbish taken away, and old mattress taken away to be recycled. A great experience!

Excellent from start to finish.
Just one query that remains unanswered - some stitching on the mattress top is, well, not stitched. I took a photo on delivery but no feedback yet.
Bed is excellent. Just this minor query to resolve please.

"Big James" at the Worcester branch was fantastically helpful when I enquired about a bed frame and mattress back in January. I purchased 2 mattresses which were delivered on the date promised and I was kept informed of the time of their arrival. I would thoroughly recommend this store and it's staff for their helpfulness and friendly nature. We'll done.

Excellent customer service from very knowledgeable patient and friendly staff in particular Georgia who allowed us all the time we wanted to make our choice.We were given a drink and Georgia and her manager even moved mattresses to different bases so we could be sure of our choice. The whole experience was brilliant even the ‘Sleep Match’.
