No over-sell,just the right balance sales information. Good deatailed information on products. Have bought several items items over the past few years. I.e. 2 double mattress plus 2 double devan beds. This proves we are satisfied customers.

Best buy we ever made in our lifetime. My husband had a back pain years when he is in bed bit longer. Stratford upon avon staff member chosen the right one for us. Now he never complained. What a change. Great team. Delevary on time and fixed nicely. We are hundred percent satisfied our product

The ability to use a test machine to get suggest recommendations was great.
The sales team were all excellent, discussing all the relevant bed types at different prices ranges made it easier to decide which was the correct mattress for me.
I was kept up to date with delivery dates and times.
The mattress was delivered perfectly on time and excellent delivery team.
The bed is bedding in well as was explained by the sales team.
The bed I do lovely and comfortable.
Unfortunately, I can't make the most of it at the moment as I have just had radical cancer surgery.
But I love this mattress.

Choosing the right bed was made very easy using their bed matching machine. We bought two beds and find them to be super comfy. Perfect nights sleep from now on. Store staff absolutely on the ball and knew their beds. Highly recommend the Stratford branch.

We went in store (Stratford Upon Avon) to look at a new bed for our spare room, A lovely young man discussed beds & options, he was training but he knew a lot and answered all our questions easily, we ordered the bed, chose a date, it came on time. 2 fantastic delivery drivers, so friendly, our whole experience was amazing, I would thoroughly recommend dreams.

Order and delivery was smooth, and I'm happy ( so far) with my mattress !!

Visiting the Stratford-upon-avon store, with a fair idea of what I was looking for. I found the whole experience excellent. The sales team were attentive without being pushy. They had good product knowledge and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Returning the following day to make the purchase, I found the same. The sales team were exactly that - a team - supporting each other when a technical issue occurred with their order system. Everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend.

Bed is great, delivery on time, swift efficient and professional. Communication was excellent. The staff in store were great and I would have given full marks as they ticked every step of their " how to treat yout customer" worksheet but spoilt it by asking me to give them a 10/10 review because that's the only reviews the management wanted. Ironically that's exactly what they would have been given had their management team not been so pushy. Whoever told them to ask for the 100% review should not be involved in Customer Service as they really, really don't understand people. Shame for the staff though as they were lovely.

I’ve only had my new bed base and mattress for 2 weeks, and one of the drawers came apart already!
I’m going back to the store that I bought this from in the hope that they will be able to get some one to replace the broken drawer.
Update
After speaking to Dylan this afternoon I am going to get a new drawer made and delivered by the end of the month, thank you. Mattress is really nice and Comfortable! So all good now. Thanks again.

James in Stratford was phenomenal, an absolute credit to Dreams, from start to finish, he was an absolute delight to deal with and found us our dream bed at a cracking price!

Very patient, the right mix of help and space, nothing was too much bother for him!

The delivery crew were also great, punctual, polite and did a great job with the bed build and even took the rubbish away no hassle!

Will only use dreams!
