When we entered the Dreams Store off the A500 in Stoke on Trent, we here helped to choose a mattress without any undue pressure. The mattress selector technology provided a list of mattresses that suited our personal needs. Dom was very helpful and guided us through this process. We left knowing we had chosen an excellent product.

The staff at Dreams were polite and the guys who delivered and set up the bed from Liverpool were polite.

Had a great experience at Dreams today. Andrew was fantastic – really knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all the options clearly, helped me use the Sleepmatch machine, made sure I tried mattresses with the right type of pillows, and even offered refreshments. Made the whole process simple and enjoyable.

My son feels the difference as his old mattress was unfortunately worn out so we needed a new one for him he loves it thankyou

I had the opportunity to try lots of mattresses with guidance from the bed specialist called Donald. I am 95 and he had a lot of patience with me because it took a while to find the right bed.

Excellent service from the team in store and the delivery driver’s were fantastic!

Dreams is by far not the cheapest bed you will buy however, if you want the best service, a cup of tea as you walk around the store and a bed that actually measures how you lie and move, so you pick the correct mattress, then this is for you, because that’s what you get.
We love our bed, thank you to all the team, from the team in the shop and behind the scenes, to the guys that came and fitted the bed, and removed our old one, they really did deliver what they said they would, and on time too.

The delivery guys were very efficient, polite and courteous. They wore the protective covers on their feet to ensure there was no mess which was very much appreciated. The installed the bed very efficiently and showed us how to use the ottoman lever and the safety pole. Very well mannered chaps.

Lots of beds to choose from and in store to try out. Service was helpful and efficient. Would use this store again based on our service.

The delivery was great. The removal of the old mattresses was good too. The mattresses are as we expected .

We are happy with our new Sealy mattress and very pleased.with the reduced price. The lady assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses we tested and guided us to make the right choice.
The delivery guys, Callum and Jordan were polite and used oversocks to protect our carpet and efficiently carried the mattress up to the bedroom. They quickly took away our old mattress for disposal.

Delivery was easy, the 2 men were very helpful and polite. It didn't take them long to make the bed up, ready for my enjoyable nights sleep.
