Just a good experience, got what we wanted and had it delivered on time, by a good delivery crew.

From the moment I went in the store I was met by a lovely man who explained everything there was no pressure to buy.
Delivery staff were polite,professional said who they were and could not do enough for me so clean and tidy even put back a bed side table

Finally we have a new mattress!!
Finding this particular mattress meets our needs, other was too warm whereas this adjusts to our body temperature. Proof of thr pudding will be if it lasts the next eight years. Would recommend. Thank you

Gabriel and the whole team truly went above and beyond during our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and took great care in helping us choose the right bed. Gabriel was especially attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout, which we really appreciated.

They were also absolutely lovely with our boys, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for us as a family.

We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be returning to you for any future bedding needs for our home. We will also happily recommend you to others.

The salesperson was very informative and had sufficient time, very polite and comfortable experience. I spend sufficient time to make a decision. Was served a coffee and they made sure I did not get a fine for parking outside on the premises.
The delivery went smoothly in time , the delivery man put plastic wrap around his shoes , again it was polite and fast.

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff member who was able to understand our needs and show us and explain the different products.

Good range of quality mattress. The staff were well versed with the mattress so able to discuss different mattresses with us, this helped us to choose which may be best for us. Staff were very friendly and professional. The mattresses arrived at the date given on ordering. There is a 90 return policy. If the mattress is not suitable you can exchange it for a different one. There is no refund however we want a mattress so if the mattress does not suit us we are happy to change it

Really friendly staff in the shop, and excellent delivery.

Really nice welcome when I entered the store . Offered on numerous occasions if I would like a hot or cold drink , left me to decide in my own time my choice of mattress and answered all my questions.

The bed was easy to put together, the only thing I would say is put your mattress on before trying to lower the bed.

Communications, delivery, and help in the store was very good! I bought an ex display mattress, and was told had been on display for 5 weeks, but had later learnt it had been there from August to November when I bought this! So this might have swayed my decision to purchase if I had known this? but bed is very good!

My whole experience at the Dreams Showroom was very pleasant due to the care of the of the Gentleman who took a lot of care and attention to my needs he put me at ease he made me feel I could relax knowing he had everything in hand I was offered a drink while browsing I went on the Sleep match which I found very helpful as I then knew the type of Mattress I needed the whole process from walking through the store doors to the purchase of my Mattress was done with care and attention to my needs I was very happy with the outcome of my visit and purchase I could not express how well I was looked after by GABE thank you sir.
