The staff were helpful help me out with the right bed and mattress very happy with the service also the drivers were helpful putting bed together and headboard mark was helpful said anything wrong with bed or need help call the shop

My delivery arrived at the stated time and I had been kept up to date throughout the delivery process.
My bed was put together quickly by a polite and efficient duo. They paid careful attention to ensuring no damage was made to my property and overshoes were donned to ensure my new carpet was kept clean.

Good service from the moment we walked into the shop, and were served by Jason.
Order arrived as arranged and old mattresses taken away.

Very friendly men who delivered and put all 3 beds together.

Over all good experience all went to plan professional sales team and delivery and was completely kept up to date

Superb staff...... BUT management, get air-conditioning installed you have a duty of care to your employees and customers. It was unbearable in there today. People walk in and walk out.

Great experience in the Stevenage store, really helpful and friendly staff. They have the sleep analysis machine, then the knowledgeable staff show you which mattresses are the best fit. Great for a variety of budgets as we were shown options at different price points. Ended up with a brilliant bed we're really happy with.

My partner and I went instore to seek advice on the best pillows for neck support as both of us suffer from neck problems. We were advised to try and purchase Tempera pillows at cost of £149.00 each pillow.After assurances from the saleswoman that these would help enormously and to give them 2 weeks and we would notice the difference .After trying them for 2 weeks unfortunately they have not been of any benefit as promised and we are out of pocket and very disappointed 😔
Edit:Further to this review ,my partner and I have been contacted by a very nice helpful customer support gentleman Wayne who has gone out of his way to help with a gesture of good will on behalf of Dreams,many thanks to this young man for all his help and we feel much happier now with the result,can't praise him enough.!

Brilliant staff at store helped us choose 2 fantastic mattresses. Already 10 days later we’re benefiting from vastly improved sleep and less aches and pains! Thank you! 🙏

It's the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. The first morning I woke up with a red mark on my hip. Since that night we have put a matress topper on the matress, this has helped a bit. I am sure if I hadn't done this by now I would have a bed sore. I have phoned and I am hoping to go and chose a new bed in the next few days. I forgot to say that even though I have had backache in the past, since I've had this bed I have been taking painkillers every day for quite intense back pain.

The sales lady in the shop was very friendly and helpful from the beginning and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect bed and mattress for us.
Delivery was arranged smoothly, no hiccups at all and the delivery guys were very friendly, barely knew they were here.

The products we bought has been so great and now we sleep well.

The salesperson was really helpful and not pushy. Having taken delivery of the mattress now and slept on it for the first time, it is exactly the right one.
