Lovely helpful staff, full of information re the product. Told us when it could be delivered and texts sent to let us know date and time slot of arrival. Deliveryman was polite and helpful.

From the moment we entered the shop until the new bed was delivered everyone was totally professional. The whole process was very smooth and at no time did we feel pressured into buying anything.

Excellent service from day of purchase to delivery. Staff were respectful and helpful. I had the opportunity of trying out a bed machine to assess my needs.Delivery men were good at keeping us informed and carried out their work competently and swiftly. Product is excellent- just what was required. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dreams again or recommend them to others.

Initial experience not the best but customer service since then has been fab, answered my queries, sorted the issue I raised very quickly.

I've gone from an unhappy to a very happy customer just because someone actually cared to look into my issue and fix it.

It was a fantastic experience from the minute we walked into the store, with nothing being to much trouble. We were recommended a mattress via the sleep program and all I can say is well worth it, I have never slept better.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy and we worked together to find exactly what we wanted. The bed and mattress arrived on time and the bed was assembled very efficiently. We are very happy with our purchase and we would definitely recommend.

Today we went to the Dreams branch in Solihull and met Natalie. We were lucky to meet her. We bought mattress and bed frame. It was a good experience. I haven't received things yet. I will make another review about products later.
