Walked into the shop in Reigate and was greeted straight away by very pleasant young lady who was extremely helpful pleasant and knowledgeable was offered coffee and made very welcome
Delivery of mattress was prompt efficient and two very polite young men took away all the wrapping

Convenient location
Convenient location, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant, lots of choice when choosing a mattress that suited our needs , wasn't rushed or pushed it to any sale , overall a lovely relaxed experience, would highly recommend

Such a comfy mattress
We spoke to a very helpful young man in store and tried a couple of mattresses. We came home to think about it and ordered online. I was able to choose my delivery date and the two delivery drivers were extremely helpful. My daughter is delighted with her mattress and cannot believe the improvement to her sleep quality.

My whole experience with the Dreams team was excellent, from the guy in the shop who showed me all the different types ofmettress available down to the delivery team who were on time, very considerate of my property and extremely polite.

Lisa at Dreams was knowledgeable, considerate, & personable. At the end of my visit I felt very happy with my choices and the whole process. I would definitely recommend going into a dreams store for you mattress choice.

Delivery on time and done in a friendly and happy way. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained clearly.
Installers were cheerful and when finished cleared everything up.

A great retail experience .
Attentive, without being pushy, team in the show room. Gave us plenty of time to try all the alternatives available and were available to offer advice when required. Having chosen a frame and mattress the ordering and payment process was hassle free. Delivery could be arranged to suit us. The feedback during the delivery process was excellent and delivery took place at exactly the time and place specified. Clear assembly instructions enabled the frame to be assembled with no difficulty and the overall physical quality of the product was excellent. Every aspect of purchasing a new bed from Dreams Reigate was indeed, a dream, will definitely recommend.
