The bed and mattress is great. People who delivered it and set it up were polite and friendly. They were on time and removed the old bed and mattress and set up the new one all in 20 mins

Jenny, the assistant who helped me choose my new mattress was extremely helpful with me as i suffer from a few health conditions therefore picking a new mattress was important to me.
I got to try a few different mattresses and she gave me good advice about each one, she gave me plenty of time to make my mind up and i finally decided on purchasing a silent night mattress, it is absolutely amazing, well worth every pennny, i love it.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Jenny, who made us feel welcome right away. She listened to our needs, guided us through the options, and made sure we felt no pressure. I mentioned to Jenny that I was looking to upgrade my other son to a double bed in a few weeks and asked her to call me if any offers came up. Jenny kept me in the loop, and overall, I would give her a 10/10 review. Also the delivery team who we had constant updates of delivery.

Had a great experience at Dreams, Edge Lane Liverpool. John was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. He really took the time to understand what we needed and gave honest, thoughtful advice. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!

the way John helped us select the mattress and for being patient throughout our extensive visit and endless queries. only one draw back is the pricing and clearance sale adverts are a bit misleading, I assume its the marketing strategy..but overall staff attitude is great ,,,

We went into the shop without the intention to buy but we were really happy with the Flaxby mattress and it was a great price so we ordered it. Delivery was quick with the removal of the old mattress. Both Jen in the store and the delivery people were great and I couldn't be more pleased with my mattress and the service from Dreams.

Delivery as promised. Arrived in time and the delivery men were very courteous. I don't know how they managed to get my massive old bed out but they did it! New bed lovely and comfortable and I can say without a doubt it's the best bed and mattress I've ever bought.
