They act like they care—right up until…
They act like they care—right up until they’ve taken your money. After that, you're completely on your own. If something goes wrong, prepare to waste 30 minutes or more just waiting to speak with someone from their painfully slow and disorganized support team. And when you finally get through, all you get are vague excuses, empty promises, and delays that just keep piling up. No accountability, no urgency—just a clear message that your time and satisfaction mean nothing to them. It’s exhausting and infuriating. Honestly, do yourself a favor and go with another brand. You can find the same quality elsewhere, often for a better price, and with customer service that actually treats you like a human being. This company is nothing but a headache waiting to happen.
Update> 6 months later, to be honest, I bought a mattress on Amazon which was much cheaper, better quality and less hassle for delivery. They pretended that they care (like you can see below my review, an agent says that they get order number and follow-up but it is just a marketing trick and 6 months passed and nothing happended!

Sleep at last 😴
I'm so glad I walked into the dreams store, I had been looking for a single bed and mattress for a long time, I wished I'd gone to dreams first as soon as I entered the shop I was made to feel welcome by the staff, they were very helpful and in no time I had found my perfect bed and mattress, they made the whole process from beginning to end so easy, my bed was delivered and I have had the best sleeps I have had in years, so comfortable so thank you all at dreams (aptly named) so much.

Clear convincing advice for an important investment.
Excellent attentive guidance, and a well-presented variety of choice helped me make a choice quickly, and I’m very happy with the bed. Thank you to Maya and Linda in store for their knowledge and friendly service, and the lads who delivered and installed the bed incredibly quickly and smoothly.

10/10 experience here
10/10 experience here. Miya was super helpful in everything, giving us great advice and support in finding the right bed and mattress, even providing pillows whilst we tested everything out, in addition to a complimentary hot drink.
Though I would hope to not have to come here again for a long while, but if I do need anything bed related I will 100% be coming back here.

Friendly and helpful service
Friendly and helpful service. No pushing sales talk. Had a few minutes rest on the "bed analyser" whilst it made recommendations for the bed best suited for us. Found the right bed at a good price. Good delivery date (following week). Had to go to shop to tweak order (asked them to take old mattress away and dispose of) sorted in minutes.

The delivery team was very good
The delivery team was very good! They took the bed to the bedroom and assembled it!! No problem for them!! They were polite and friendly at all times!! Which was a great experience and carried on the way I was treated at the Showroom in Birstall!! I will happily recommend your service to anyone!! David R.Cheers!! 👍👍💤
