Language barriers aside the delivery team were spot on and arrived on time with an early alert to their arrival.

I recently visited the hull store to purchase new pillows, I was warmly greeted by Dave who could not help me enough he went above and beyond to help me to find just what I needed for my personal needs and preferences.
I revisited a second time and once again Dave and his team mate Amit was both amazing , running around finding me different brands and types of pillows,great fun but so informative and never pushy , I will be back very soon to purchase a new mattress, well done hull store a great customer experience

The service I got in store was top notch.

We bought a tempa firm mattress from the store in Hull. The staff were very helpful. The mattress arrived on time, the lads that brought it were very nice and polite. After a week my wife found the mattress to hard we rang Dreams and they said no trouble at all we will change it. They have just delivered the new mattress and again the lads were fully organised. Thank you so much for a good service.

what made my experience great was that i got what i wanted, a beautiful bed. staff was very helpful no pressure they even put the matteress on the bed i wanted so i could see what it looked like had a good day in there. the delivery guys was exellent gave us a call when they were going to deliver our bed, They arrived on time, and got on with the job. So pleased with our bed no problems as yet Thank you to all concerned
