Arrived on time,very friendly and well turned out.Old mattres out and new one on the bed in 10 minutes.

The staff In store couldn’t be more helpful, gave us plenty of information, we used the sleep match machine to determine our perfect match and gave us a pillow to ensure we tested the mattresses properly. They showed us all the mattresses the sleep match recommended.
We had a problem at the checkout with our payment on our phones and they went above and beyond to help us! staying open slightly after closing to ensure we got sorted. They were super patient with our 2 children who had done behaving and wanted to test the beds themselves.

The communication from purchase to delivery was great. The delivery guys were very polite and gave us lots of info on our new mattress. Took our old mattress away and unwrapped our new one.

I had a memory foam mattress before that wasnt from dreams and it was giving me a bad back so i decided to change to a new sprung mattress from dreams which i got on a offer and saved £60 it was delivered on time and wrapped in a protective plastic sheet.ive just had my first nights sleep on my new mattress and it was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud of air i had the best nights sleep.

The team that came to assemble the bed were friendly and professional. The bed is excellent. The sales staff were very helpful and not a bit pushy.

The guy in the shop was really helpful and patient.
The delivery guys went above and beyond for me, helping me when they didn't need too.
So that's why I've left a 5 star rating.👍

Great showroom in Halifax. Lovely, helpful staff. Communication was good from the delivery guys on the day of delivery. Took the mattress upstairs and into the room of our choice and took our old mattress away. All add ons but worth it.

We spent over an hour in dreams looking at the beds and trying them all out. We wasn't pestered by the sales team but they was there to answer any questions we had. We absolutely love our new bed and mattress and the delivery team was excellent.

I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and had specific wishes for my new bed. Luckily Josh was there to help me find what I needed and thanks to him I can now get more than a few hours sleep at a time and I'm not in as much pain now. All I can say is Thank you.

Joseph and his colleague delivered the new mattress on time after keeping us well informed about delivery time. Very narrow stairwell and space to manage but they completed it cheerfully and professionally.

Expensive mattress but very poor quality, bowed in middle was awful hard and uncomfortable, had to wait nearly 3 weeks for another one without decent nights sleep, hope the next one OK 😒🙄
