Best night sleep I've had in a long time, really comfortable. Service in the sop and delivery were excellent.

We went to buy a new mattress and met a lovely sales assistant called Rachel. She was amazing taking time to get to know what we were looking for and listening to our moans. Together we found the perfect mattress. We were made to feel welcome and definitely not under any pressure to buy. Feel like we found a new friend. Thank you Rachel x

Staff very professional .overall a very stressfree experience.

The men were very polite and professional. They had one small issue when attaching the headboard and did not have a larger screwdriver. Otherwise they were great.

Staff was very good from start to finish even the delivery lads spot on.

Rachel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She advised on what would be best for our needs and price range.

Every part of the purchase to the delivery of the mattress was very good

Bought the Ruddington k matress in October 22 within weeks matress dipping after contacting dreams was told I couldn't exchange as was claiming fault that they would send out an inspector, this never happened after numerous e mails got no response paid £1,199,00 for a matress we cannot use as a pensioner this was a lot of money totally wasted. Dreams beds should be ashamed of their customer service.

Run the gauntlet in the Dreams Showroom Durham. That is to say; we experienced, yet again, superb informed service which was tainted when I learned that Lian, the manageress was in-fact a ‘LEEDS SUPPORTER’?!?! Being a ManU man that lended to cracking banter emphasising warmth and inclusion whilst sorting business. First class!!!!
