I cannot rate Dreams in Dundee highly enough. Great service from the minute I walked in and my new mattress is incredible!

The salesman was so knowledge 're different types of mattresses. There was no pressure to buy until we were ready to purchase.

I was extremely well received and advised by Stewart, and I could find the perfect mattress in my budget. I had a delay to receive the product but the delivery was also perfect. 100% recommend.

New bed is amazing. So comfy I don't want to get up in the morning.
Staff (Stuart) in the Dundee store were amazing with all their help.

Service in your Dundee shop was courteous, helpful and efficient. The member of staff explained everything I needed to know very clearly. Every detail of the purchasing process was highlighted, including the delivery procedure.
Delivery was carried out efficiently, considerately and within the projected time frame.

Salesman explained the different types of beds without being "pushy" in any way, and left us to check stock, processed order quickly.
Delivery was on time, and installation and removal of mattresses was very quick and efficient.

Stuart Petrie of Dreams Beds, Kingsway Retail Park gave me space to look around, I did the Sleep test and it gave me a list of mattresses to test. He advised me on a wide selection of other mattresses to try but not crowding me. He was using his professional knowledge and experience and his etiquette making me feel at ease.
Under his guidance I purchased the K/size Temper Medium mattress and Soren metal bowed K/size base. Very happy with my purchase plus Tempur Pillow's.
Delivery date arrived and within the time-slot, both Lee and Daniel were polite, neat & tidy. They presented themselves, wore shoe protectors, they removed my old bed and mattress with professionalism, built my new, sprayed the mattress with the advice to leave it for a few hour's before use to let it dry. They gave me paperwork on how to look after my mattress and any issue's contact Stuart.

Went into Dreams Dundee to pick out a new bedframe and mattress—such a smooth experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful, not pushy at all, and even offered me a coffee while I browsed. Found exactly what I was looking for, and the delivery was spot on. Can’t fault them—would definitely go back!
