Both the store staff, stayed open a little extra for us to make sure that our sale went through. and the delivery guys were fabulous set up the bed in no time.

Fantastic service start to finish. Quality of double adjustable bed is fantastic. Two components to bolt together and 8 legs meant assembly 10 minutes

Have had a dream mattress some time ago also had a very helpful person help me with this purchase .

Overall the sales process was very good, delivery went well, the reason for the low mark is due to us not receiving the free pillows we were promised, after delivery I phoned the branch only to be told the salesman had forgotten to give us the pillows on the day, he then asked us to collect them, we live 2 hours from Cardiff so not an easy option, I ask if we could collect from Swansea he said this would be difficult, not sure why as I am sure all branches have them in stock as they are a giveaway? Still not received the pillows and no contact from anyone, very disappointed, as usual when they have your money no one seems to care.

I visited the store on Penarth Road in October, where I purchased a king-size mattress and bed frame. As soon as my mum and I walked into the store, we were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Stacey.
Stacey was fantastic from start to finish. She listened carefully to exactly what I was looking for and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. Nothing felt rushed, and she made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. She even offered my mum and me a cup of tea, which my mum was absolutely delighted with.
We both felt genuinely listened to and well looked after. Stacey is a real asset to Dreams, and her outstanding customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I can highly recommend and ask for Stacey when you visit!

Stacey, from your Penarth Road, Cardiff branch was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and totally honest with us yesterday.
We went in to have a look at mattresses, use the machine, then go to view other mattresses elsewhere.
However, Stacey showed us the many mattresses that they had, and we completely changed our minds about what sort of mattress we thought we should have.
She showed us the machine’s results, but made us have a good try of recommended and non recommended mattresses, lying on our backs and sides.
She dispelled the advice we thought was correct from many years ago, and let us us feel it for ourselves.
We ended up with a Tempur and many free extras.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we wish all sales people were as honest and knowledgeable as Stacey.
She’s certainly an asset to your company
