Dreams was always very helpful, polite and gave me advice where I needed it. The delivery came on time and as planned with the 2 guys dropping it where asked. From sales manager to delivery - excellent.

Sunday Morning Browsing
After looking at a large array of mattress in store .We were helped by a knowledgeable assistant who helped us decide on the choice .a friendly atmosphere with no hassle .prompt delivery and removal of our exiting mattress. Made life so much easier.

Dreams Beds in Burton on Trent provide a really great service
We are very happy with our new Dreams mattress.
It is super comfy, and the 2 delivery guys were very nice and very helpful.
We were kept informed with the delivery date and time, the service Dreams provide is really great.

the order on time communication brilliant delivery men excellent cant fault service . the sales man in store was very good and explained everything. the gentlemen who put my bed together showed me the best way to lift the bed as it had storage underneath . will fully recommend x

Finally sleeping well...
Bought a new mattress from the Dreams store in Burton on Trent in December 2023, with a delivery in January 2024.

A great experience from start to…
A great experience from start to finish. Choosing the mattress in the shop was so straightforward. The assistant was helpful but gave me space to make my decision. Delivery was very prompt and efficient. It was so helpful that the deliverers took it to the bedroom.
The mattress is very comfortable and we have had great nights sleep on it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable, heloimgbus to find the perfect mattress. Staff member was great with my mother as she is visually and hearing impaired and made sure she spoke clearly, enlarged font on the computer ect. Just very good service.
