Both the lady at the store when I ordered was extremely helpful and both the delivery men were also extremely helpful. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and very polite

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Alex at the Bracknell branch was a delight. Can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive, the process of finding and purchasing it was strangely pleasant!

Our last mattress from Dreams lasted…
Our last mattress from Dreams lasted twenty years, purchased from there Camberley store Yes they are more expensive than the online suppliers, but they last forever. We only had to buy a new one as we had a rather nasty roof leak. This ne mattress is just so comfortable and will see me mand the wife out for the next 20 years. So I highly recommenced. Thank you Dreams.

My whole experience was excellent from start to finish the patience of all the staff I dealt with was second to none and I am more than happy that I took my custom to Dreams and will do again in the future.

Poor after care …
I found a lovely mattress didnt qualify for finance so cancelled the order. Have waited 12 days so far for my refund. Called most days and they tried to take off the pillows for return despite not using them and signing them back for return.
I finally got through to someone in customer service after a hold of 25 minutes. They were apparently waiting for my bank details ( despite giving these in store. ) no communication given about this so been waiting. And still potentially waiting for up to 10 days. Meanwhile have been sleeping on a the floor as couldn't go back into dreams till they sent me back my money !!!! Awful customer service . Very disapointed as really wanted tongo back here to buy a mattresss
