The salesman, was very helpful, listened to all we asked for. He has a good product knowledge, and pointed us in the right direction. We are very pleased with our new bed. The men who brought and assembled it were very quick, no mess at all. So we would recommend Dreams with no hesitation.

Very helpful sales person, he gave us good advice. Delivery team arrived on the day in question and within the advised timescale. Still not set up the bed as the new bedroom carpet is being fitted next Thursday.

The staff in the shop at castle point were extremely friendly and helpful
The bed was delivered but although the staff were polite I was extremely disappointed that they would only put the item inside the front door

Great service from Dreams, friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy staff, computer-based sleep analysis, and a good selection of mattresses. We bought one, along with pillows, and are sleeping well!

Very helpful and professional, we were greeted as we entered the store, offered a coffee and then experienced the Sleepmatch technology to assess our preferred mattress type. With the results from the Sleepmatch we were guided around the store to try the preferred mattress types, a great shopping experience.

We ordered our bed in November, we opted to have our old bed taken away when the new one came, but chose self assembly. Unfortunately we had to wait 4 weeks for the bed we chose (arrived 23rd Dec), was not told fee for delivery and taking our old bed away was £95, although I was shown a breakdown of the costs - I just didn’t clock, and wasn’t told verbally. I thought considering I was spending almost £3 grand on a bed and pillows and waiting 4 weeks, £100 was steep for delivery and disposal of our bed. Other than that happy with everything else. Delivery guys were great - although didn’t arrive in a ‘dreams’ lorry, was a tatty old thing!

The guys that came to repair the bed were excellent. Very polite and very helpful. Excellent service.
