Beautiful mattress and frame
Beautiful mattress and frame and they were very helpful because I had to change delivery about three times due to moving. Very friendly and would definitely recommend.

The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time, was kept informed of arrival time. The fitters were very good and constructed the bed very quickly. We found the bed very comfortable straight away.

Ottoman bed and mattress
Bought an ottoman bed and mattress, spent a bit more than I expected but ended up with a far better bed and mattress than I expected. The service I received was really good. Went on the mattress selector, I'm not sure if it is a gimmick or not but I have now got a really comfortable mattress. The delivery driver was really helpful, even explained the best way to carry and assemble the bed.

Lovely bed great service from purchase to delivery. I would recommend Dreams and the bed was really good quality and easy to put together. Staff in the shop were really happy to help and polite.

Choosing a new bed at Dreams
The service & information was excellent. The bed for deciding our pressure points was the first we had seen & tried which helped us decide on our purchase.
The delivery was also on the date & time given. The men where very efficient & tidy.

Was perfect from start to finish
Was perfect from start to finish, Mark in store was great assisting us in store. He helped us with making sure we purchased the right mattress and also managed to upsell us the temper pillows 😂. Then delivery team were great had a cancellation so delivered earlier to me. So definitely would recommend and thank you from a fellow retailer, customer service was great.

The mattress is unbelievably comfortable.
The service I received at Dreams was awesome and the delivery guys were brilliant, so friendly, kind and funny they took care with my mattress and put it in my desired room.

Excellent service from Mark at your…
Excellent service from Mark at your Bognor Regis store ,very helpful but not pushy,managed to get delivery for me 4 days earlier than expected . The new mattress is excellent quality at a very reasonable price and has made a huge difference to my bad back.
