Didn't deliver the bed that was wanted, but did get the price right, delivery drivers were good, but customer service don't answer the phone or answer emails

We were made to feel very welcome in…
We were made to feel very welcome in the Bognor showroom . The staff were very knowledgeable about the beds . We decided on a bed and frame and another mattress. We also purchased two mattress covers and 4 pillows.
Delivery was excellent, from letting us know when they would be arriving the day before and checking on the actual day . They respected our carpets by putting on over shoes. The two lads to made up the beds were lovely. Checked we were happy and went through what we should do eg rotating mattresses and if we needed to exchange what to do . Overall we were delighted with our purchases. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish
Our experience with Dreams Beds has been nothing short of excellent.
From the moment we stepped into the Bognor store to the delivery of our new bed, the service has been outstanding.
We were assisted by Mark, who took the time to ensure we chose the perfect bed and mattress for our needs. His knowledge and guidance made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
We appreciated the flexibility to delay delivery while we completed some decorating. Dreams stayed in touch and confirmed everything with us about a week in advance, which was very helpful.
On delivery day, we were given a convenient two-hour time slot, and the team arrived right on time. The delivery was efficient and carried out with great care. The delivery team was polite, professional, and took the time to explain mattress care and maintenance, which we really appreciated.
Thank you, Dreams Beds, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We’re absolutely delighted with our new bed!

Amazing!!!…
We were looking for some good mattresses, and at a very good price, and we hadn't found them until we arrived at the store in Bognor Regis, where we found Mr. MARK, who helped us in an impressive way to find exactly what we were looking for and to feel really satisfied with our purchase. If he hadn't been able to, I am very grateful for his attention and everything he did for us. Thank you very much we are really happy 😊

big selection of beds at different price levels . the Bed computer advisor was very good , most of all the staff member was fantastic , no pressure selling let us browse with advice , also interest free credit was very welcome !!

We recommend Dreams for all your bed and mattress requirements and associated equipment
The mattress was delivered on time by 2 friendly and efficient men. They took the old one out and brought the new one in about 5 minutes, taking great care of the fixtures and fittings on our staircase
They took away the packing materials and put it all in their van
