Took a while for the gel mattress to adjust to my body. But now am getting less back pain and a much more restful sleep. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

I bought 2 Mattresses from “Dreams Blackpool”and they were delivered four days ago. I absolutely couldn’t fault the shop staff or the 2 delivery men, all of whom were extremely polite, helpful, kind, understanding and professional. They all did everything they could to accommodate my needs. I hate when people criticise shop staff for unimportant trivialities. My new mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on so the whole experience, including the delivery. was better than any prize draw entry. I have already recommended “Dreams Blackpool” to some friends.

The shop assistant was very helpful and patient as we were purchasing the bed for someone with specific needs and needed to make sure we got it right. Thank you.

The bed itself is fine, the lads who deleivered very good. Sadly what lets Dreams down is the sales team in store. We bought and paid for the bed and were informed we would be entered into a prize draw. However the girl who took our order mispelt my email address, I pointed this out to her before leaving the store and she advisd it wold be rectified by HEAD office. I had to ring twice to get this ammended and when I enquired about the prize draw was told I was not eligble. Not happy

I was treated well from start ro finish. From choosing the bed I wanted to delivery I was kept informed via email mail and txt. Delivery was prompt and on time.
All staff and the delivery guys were pleasant and helpful. A breath of fresh air nowadays, as good customer service is hard to come by. I would definitely recommend and shop again in the future.

The hole experience of buying these two mattresses was great from start to finish the sales team explained everything the delivery was on time the delivery team were great very respectful so well done aground
