Dreams are a very good company with my bed delivered within the timeframe and handled with care. One of the delivery drivers gave me some practical advice on assembling the bed. Very satisfied customer. The bed is very comfortable.

Very happy with my Bedframe and mattress. Very comfortable even on the first night. Had a very good sleep.

Great customer service from shop to delivery

The staff were very helpful and the bed base was everything that we were looking for and at a reasonable cost.
The one niggle. While I fully expect to pay for the old bed base to be taken away, (The local council would have charged me to dispose of it) £40 is a bit steep. To then be charged another £30 for the delivery driver to carry the two lightweight base halves upstairs, which took him less than a minute, does leave a bitter aftertaste I'm afraid. If I'd been younger I would have done it myself.

From going into your store until getting our final delivery all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly.It was a pleasure to deal with the staff and company.

I bought 2 Mattresses from “Dreams Blackpool”and they were delivered four days ago. I absolutely couldn’t fault the shop staff or the 2 delivery men, all of whom were extremely polite, helpful, kind, understanding and professional. They all did everything they could to accommodate my needs. I hate when people criticise shop staff for unimportant trivialities. My new mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on so the whole experience, including the delivery. was better than any prize draw entry. I have already recommended “Dreams Blackpool” to some friends.
