Very helpful people in store and even…
Very helpful people in store and even had a cup of coffee.mattress arrived,helpful delivery men.took old mattress away and placed new mattress on my base.having good night sleep with new matress.

So comfortable
Suffering with sciatica, caused by my lumpy old mattress, I was treated very gently and thoughtfully. The bed I chose (medium firm with no lumps), which was also the one most recommended to suit me, was bought and arrived 2 weeks later dead on time.
The 2 men who delivered were also very polite and were amazing quick and replaced the old one in minutes.
I've slept on the new mattress for one week now and I love it. With a bit of physiotherapy plus laying on this new mattress, the sciatica has all but gone already.

Excellent service from store to delivery
Really happy with my bed purchase. Quality ottoman, lifts from bottom, strong enough to take a heavy mattress. Bed stays up when lifted, but also has a safety bar just in case.

Highly recommended service.
We bought a divan bed for our spare bedroom. Turned up on time, in fact the delivery van turned up earlier on the day than expected. The guys delivering were mindful of our indoor space and were careful with the removal of an old bed and the installment of the new one. Everything was dealt with very efficiently all the way through from ordering in store at Dreams in Ashford to the delivery itself.

Our service at the Dreams shop in…
Our service at the Dreams shop in Ashford Kent could not be faulted and the delivery men could not be faulted. This was the best service we have had for years. The mattress we bought has given my husband the best sleep he’s had since he broke his back in March 2024. Thank you

This mattress is realy comfatable
This mattress is realy comfatable, the chaps who delivered it were very good, helpfull and polite. Julie in the store was very good. Overall a good purchase. Well done Dreams.

Imogen was very helpful, listened to our needs and sold us a wonderful new mattress! We previously had bad experience with two mattresses (from John Lewis and Marks & Spencer’s) we bought the sealy orthopaedic one(having a bad back I needed support which others did NOT give)at the moment we are delighted,I don’t dread going to bed at night now, “Thank you Dreams”
