We had a great experience the young man who put our bed together was great
He was very fast and professional.

I waited only for more than month,but it's worth the wait.The 2 guys who delivered my bed were very good because they set up my bed carefully and properly,They left their shoes outside,They taught me how to open the bed for me,so that I could keep some of my stuff underneath the bed.Overall,I was satisfied.Thank you.

The salesman was friendly and professional. We weren't too sure what bed to buy, and the mattress is something hard to get as there are so many you tend to get confused. But with time, and patience from the salesman we managed to get an amazing bed, mattress. So comfortable, great night's sleep, the delivery was on time, the ppl who assembled the bed very quick and friendly. Overall, worse every penny we paid.

My partner and I went in to purchase a bed and mattress and Martin was very helpful throughout. The store was closing but he never rushed us once, he stayed well past the store was closed to process our items. His colleague Noor also stayed to help us complete our transaction. We are very happy with the customer service we received from both of them, we left feeling very content with our purchase!

I received very good service in the store the staff were very helpful and the delivery turned up on the time I was quoted also the fixing of the bed was perfect and I was delighted no problems at all.

I'm impressed with the service of Rob J and Daivid M who came to assemble the ottomon and deliver the mattress, they were most professional, polite and friendly.

I identified mattress on website. Visited store to try it out. Parking available. Was attended to as soon as I was ready for help. Advisor was knowledgeable and showed me other items, I didn't know were available. Sales processing system could do with improvement. Enjoyable experience. The mattress has been life changing! I wake up refreshed and ready to start a new day. Thanks Dreams for delivering what you promise.
