Draper products are good. I bought a generator from toolstation and there was a problem and they fixed it fast.

Had an issue with the wrong component mix for the 600mm workbench. Gina resolved this by replacing it promptly and now everything is good. Thanks

Excellent customer service from Gina at Draper CS. I had an issue with a cheap hose spray that fell apart after 9 months. I dropped them an email asking if it was covered by any warranty. Gina replied the very next morning saying they were sending me a replacement.
If only all companies were as easy to deal with.

Great customer service, sorted out a problem for me, no quibbles I would recommend this company and their quality of tools.

I bought a Draper "Belt and Disc Sander 300W". Once I received it I sought to buy some extra sanding discs which are 127mm diameter, I searched the internet but could not find this size, EVEN ON THE DRAPER WEB SITE. I contacted customer services and was advised my request had been passed to "technical services" after a few days I had no response and requested a response, but was advised technical services were "closed until the new year!" Im at a loss as to the need for technical advice on the size, and availability, of sanding discs for a machine they sell, was available from them, the total ineptitude and what appears to be the supply of a machine for which they do not stock consumable spares for is incredible.

I had an issue with a builders’ trestle bought online. It couldn’t be assembled because some holes weren’t in the right place. I rang support and spoke to James. He sent me an email with requests for a photo of the part, part number and proof of purchase. He replied to say that a complete replacement was on its way for delivery in 2 or 3 days. It arrived next morning. Well done James!

A most helpful, honest and caring reply to my enquiry about the suitability of a power tool for the purpose I had in mind.

Had a tech query on an item i bought a while back and Draper came back very quickly with a clear answer. I've used Draper tools for many years with very few problems and the service this time was first class

Gina answered my email and everything was fantastic from there on! I had a problem sourcing spare blades and Gina fixed everything by sending a replacement out by return. I could not ask for more. She had a lovely manner and her emails were carefully typed, with good grammar and spelling which reflects very well on Draper. So often now companies seem to be happy letting anyone reply to their post whether they can or can be bothered to type correctly or not. It sounds petty but it is still important. I'm giving Gina a good review for being professional and helping me and giving Draper a good review for employing Gina and giving her authority to act on her own initiative.

Brilliant company, I had broken a part on my old sprayer and the staff went out of their way to find a replacement.
The part was supplied and posted to me free of charge, thank you Fran for your help, Christmas has come early

Purchased a Draper petrol mower in the summer from Homebase. Machine used twice before the pull seized and rendered the machine useless.

Following much back forth with Homebase, Draper advised that the machine needed to be emptied of fuel/oil, boxed and returned to them for assessment. The mower was returned a week later on a 4ftx4ft pallet which the courier refused to take away.

On testing the mower a week later, the same fault appeared. My question to Draper - was the the fault ever repaired or are your repairs department completely incompetent.

Fast forward two weeks, 50+ emails later between Homebase/Draper/myself the machine was collected on 26/11 (again contents removed & re boxed) for Inspection by Draper. We have made it categorically clear we want a refund NOT another repair.

On chasing Homebase have advised the mowers been lost in transit.

The incompetentance of both Homebase and Draper is astonishing. My advice - do not purchase motorised products online as when they go wrong you are reliant on distant customer services who show little/no customer care! Homebase blame Draper, Draper blame Homebase - same bird, different wing.

I am now in the process of filing a report to Trading standards in a hope they can persue my refund and ensure Homebase/Draper start adhering to distant selling regs.

Fran has gone far beyond what would be normally required to help me with my request, and I very much appreciate this.

I bought a Garden Caddy from Draper Tools and abused it by using it to transport all kinds of items across local paths & roads to and from my allotment on a daily basis for the most part of a year. Understandably the wheels, being plastic and not designed for road use, wore out.
I asked Draper Tools for advice on replacement wheels and they responded very quickly, offering to replace the wheels free of charge. Now that's what I call good customer service. I'm a happy bunny and will certainly use this firm again.

I bought this welder to use for welding car body panels thin metal nothing heavy and I have used it a couple of times now and really disappointed it just doesn’t seem to want to weld right it just blows holes in the metal I’ve tried all the adjustments wire feed is good but the heat circle nob no matter what way you turn it it makes no difference I even had my brother in law have a go and he is a welder and he couldn’t make it work either I feel I just wasted my money and would have been better buy Chinese cause this thing is absolutely terrible

Called looking for a replacement drive belt for an old Draper bandsaw, James came back with the part number.
Good service from Draper.

Purchased a Draper band saw 98445 very pleased with my purchase it’s very sturdy machine and very heavy i did have small problem so contacted customer service and spoke to Joe /Lily and the support and help was was very good very pleased with service given and my little problem was done .

I had an issue with a product which was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. Very happy.

I contacted customer service,and spoke to Fran to see if I could get a replacement part for a discontinued band saw. Fran was very helpful and have sorted out a part that will fit the discontinued band saw so that I can use again.
