The blade on my Draper loppers broke after 10 years of excellent service. As they were a birthday gift 10 years ago, I was keen to get them back in use. I could not find a replacement blade, so I contacted customer services to ask if I could buy them from the company, where Joe was very quick to say he would try to help me. The blade was now obsolete, but as there was one in a customer’s return item, he offered to send it to me free! This is a rare level of service these days and reinforces my view of Draper as an outstanding company. This could not have gone any better.

In a few days time I will have had my Draper Socket set for 50 years. It was a birthday present and still as good as new.

My complaint was dealt with quickly and resolved easily and efficiently

I am an 80 year old duffer who was looking for a spare part for my 30 odd year old bandsaw. James at drapers was so patient and helpful and worked out for me the correct parts excellent service.

Gina was so helpful, and went above and beyond my request.

James was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the information given to him from his technical department was incorrect. We searched the internet and finally got details on how to open slide base to allow us to insert screws to fit to top of work base Many wasted hours! Come on Draper improve your instructions and understand not everyone is knowledgeable when it comes to building equipment of this nature

I contacted Draper tools help regarding dimensions for one of their tools.

They could not give me an answer straight away and had the item in question sent to them so that they could give me the information that I required.

Contacted them via the website. Initially took a couple of days to come back but resolved my issue immediately. Couldn’t ask for more!

Buy a draper route use for first time and it last about 30 min sent pic and video to your but Joe was not help out off pocket off about £100 and draper not doing a thing about draper need sort there self sell fault power tools then not sort problems out

Cannot recommend Debbie from Customer Services enough. My husband received a Draper tool for Christmas but when he came to try it it failed to switch on. The “giver” couldn’t remember where it had been purchased and couldn’t find the receipt because of memory problems. Debbie went out of her way to help us and eventually hubby received a replacement. To say we are grateful is an understatement. Well done Debbie!

I was bought a set of metric T-bar Allen keys for Christmas in 2017. I snapped the 3mm off whilst working on my motorcycle recently. Having seen the lifetime guarantee online I contacted Draper directly as I had no receipt as the set was a gift. Normally without a receipt Draper could do nothing for me but as a gesture of goodwill they kindly replaced my broken tool. Thanks Fran 👍🏻

750w submersible pump (with integrated switch).
I do wonder about Draper's product design, and also how much product testing (if any) is done.
I wanted a pump for a sump hole, and one with an integrated switch was ideal to pump out shallow water (a type with float switch on the end of half a metre of cable would be useless).
Draper pump is in a concrete hole. It pumped out water in hole 3 times......then the float STUCK (permanently on and running dry). There are no obstructions what so ever in the hole. I jiggle the pump (and so rattle the switch), and the motor switches off. It will then work again a few times before getting stuck again.
The pump cannot be left unattended for more than 10 minutes, and is not fit for purpose, as a (manufacturer's claim) automatic pump.
A message to Draper's quality control and product design people: "DO YOUR JOB!".

The best Customer service that I have ever dealt with, for the replacement of changeable screwdriver heads that were a few months old. I will buy with confidence from Draper again and again.

Had a problem with a 4-year old tracksaw. Draper replaced it without hesitation - I was expecting a repair bill and instead get impressed

It was a pleasant surprise to find my old fork was covered by a "life time guarantee" and even more so that it was honoured by Draper without dispute. It certainly goes a long way to foster brand loyalty. A pleasant experience!

I had a delivery and some parts were missing I reached out to Clare with my problem she reached straight away sending the missing parts out she was very efficient and professional keeping me up to date with her actions she is a credit to the company
