I already rated once (at 3 stars I think) because I found the pillow too high and too firm. The refund process made everything great. They suggested, to avoid waste and shipping, I donate the pillows to local charity and submit a receipt from the charity to Dosaze to get a full refund. I scanned and emailed it to them and the refund was in my card account within a day.

So - it's easy and risk free to try. Seems like many people love these pillows, just not right for me, but you don't know until you try.

Customer service and refund policy are awesome, so rated 5 stars.

I tried the pillow out for a week and it ended up not being a great fit. I contacted customer service to initiate a refund and the process couldn't have been smoother. It's rare to encounter such personable customer service with a company these days.

Pillows are extremely subjective so you have to try it. It may work for your own needs. I needed a bit more support underneath my neck.

The pillows I ordered were high quality, and the pillow cases were soft. There was a slight odor when opening them up, but it dissipated within the first few hours. If you’re in the market for a new pillow, I would definitely recommend Dosaze!

We personally didn’t love the sheets but it is just personal preference. The silk pillowcase was great quality though, and I can’t say enough about the customer service, they are 5 star all the way in delighting customers. I was also impressed with their dedication to sustainability, it’s clear it is at the center of their company culture.

I really wanted the Dosaze contour pillow to be the one that relieved my neck pain. Unfortunately it was not, but Dosaze Customer Service was excellent, offering an exchange to try a different pillow or a full refund. In the end I received a full refund. Communication was amazing and I can vouch for the quality of their product. I only wish it had worked for me. I would not hesitate to do business with this company.

I tried the normal pillow and I must say I have a bad back and neck so it was a shot in the dark. The natural curve of the pillow was nice but it just wouldn't work for my neck. They sent me a higher lofted pillow to try and still wasn't quiet right...I am sure if I had a good neck lol it would have been the best pillow I've ever used. Great customer support.

Although I really wanted to love this pillow, i just couldn’t get the good night sleep as I was hoping for. It felt great, I felt soft but in the end, everyday I woke up a bit sore. Dealing with the customer service to return it was one of the best experiences in my life when it comes to customer service. They offered other options that were available to me but in the end, they refunded me without any arguments or delay. If you are thinking of getting this pillow, go for it. This company will be there to assist you all day and night and will reply within minutes when you contact them. They stand behind their product and their customers are important to them. The way companies should be.

If all customer service interactions were this easy and professional, the world would be a better place. The contour pillows did not work for me but I was offered the choice to exchange for a different pillow that would better suit me or a refund. I chose the refund. Not only did I get a refund within a few hours from when emailed them, I was given the one time offer to donate the pillows instead of returning them. Truly a company with integrity and concern for the environment. I wish the pillows worked for me. This is a great company.

Customer service is great, answered all my concerns, quickly and was very informative. even though the pillow didn't work out for me, I was able to give it to my husband and he loves it.

The pillow was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever laid my head down on. When I had issues with it, the customer service was very helpful and prompt in their responses. While ultimately the pillow did not work for me, I would still 100% recommend this company!
