I’ve gotten so much relief from this product! Once I realized it needs to stay plugged in during use (it’s not rechargeable), I started using it regularly and have been for the past six months.
The heat and vibration make a huge difference-my neck and head feel noticeably better every time. I deal with tension headaches, and they often go away completely after using this.
I get professional massages and have tried just about every at-home massager out there, but this one somehow melts the pain away.
I can't recommend it enough!!

So far so good.. I have occipital neuralgia.. and can feel an improvement.. if anything the heat is perfect for the neck. I will be mentioning this to my neurologist.

Would rate this company at less than one star. Ordered March 24 and company said was delivered. Reached out and they apologized and said it did not actually get delivered, and now after about 12 different attempts to get either a refund or a response to my original request. Zero customer service, no one answers the phone, and they will take your money and not ship your package. Worst online ordering experience ever.

This device is relieving me of severe neck pain. I have only been using it do about 10 days. I guess it will take longer use to completely stop the neck pain. It is comfortable and easy to use. I appreciate the literature that was sent so I could be informed on use.

I’ve tried repeatedly to get return shipping instructions and an RMA # and have received NO RESPONSE of any kind from this company. They claim a 365 day return policy, but there’s no customer service phone number anywhere, and you can only contact them via email. No way to actually talk to a human. I had no problem with the product itself, but the issue I ordered it to address resolved on its own. I noticed in other reviews that this is a common problem for Artuvate customers. My advice, if you think there’s ANY chance you might need to return it, don’t buy the product in the first place
