I was skeptical because I first saw the neck therapy pillow in an ad in the middle of a word game. But it looked interesting so I checked it out on other sites. Thousands of 5 star reviews. I took a chance.
It is an amazing tool. I especially like the stretching action. I feel like I have been to the chiropractor after the half hour session.
In addition, they have real people backing their product. I had a shipping issue and Meena from customer support was extremely patient and helpful. I had an immediate human response and she stayed with me until the issue was resolved.

Mharial responded to my problem and provided a solution in a timely manner. I appreciated the help.

This company advertises 90-day money-back guarantee. I had mine for less than 2 weeks and I wanted to ship back so I contacted the company. I was given a runaround with a thousand questions of why I didn't like it and what I needed to do to think it would be better to change it. I did ship back although I did not ship back to the location that they wanted as I found out after. I supplied them with shipping labels and all the info and they were still uncooperative. I am now taking this up with my bank. Buyer beware false advertising on money back guarantee being so easy and substandard product

The Callixe neck: the vibration and massage along with heat gently helps to ease the deep seated pent up pain due to discs in my neck that are dissolving. The traction has helped to put space between the discs and ease the pressure off the nerves that are becoming unprotected due to the dissolving issue. Will it cure my issue, no, but it eases the constant pain I have lived with for many years. But you have to use it regularly to help with the pain. I use it in the morning first thing, as I always wake with pain. Sometimes I do 2 rotations of 30 minute when I awaken and again when I go to bed. It's during those times when the pain is at its highest. I do still need my narrcotic medication during the day but less. Now I am saving the dollars needed to buy the lower back unit, as those discs have cracked with bulging nerves. Hopefully I will be able to purchase that in a few months if there are no emergencies requiring me to used my meager savings.

Great experience with Callixe. I ordered two different therapy products. Loved my back therapy pillow! Had issues with my neck therapy pillow that were due to MY health no fault of Callixe. Very much appreciated actually having a customer service representative available to talk me through your product. As I had misplaced the instructions, it was extremely helpful to have your representative give me step-by-step instructions on how to fully charge and utilize the product. she was very professional, personable and thorough.

My experience with this company has been so wonderful. I needed help with something difficult and I got a response right away from Meena one of this company’s team members. She answered my questions and gave me options that would help me. She understood exactly what I needed and came through with the best option that was. I usually go for deep, intense massages, so I didn’t expect much from this. But somehow it won me over. Now I’m using it every night before bed. The massage is gentle, but there’s something oddly satisfying about feeling like I’m slowly un-Quasimodo-ing myself.

If Callixe ever makes a version with stronger traction and the option to turn off the heat, I’d buy it in a heartbeat. Until then, I’ve got my eye on their lumbar massager.

After receiving my second product - the u-shaped massage pillow - I could not get the product to hold a charge. I contacted customer support and was given suggestions. They didn't work. I had an insight that perhaps it was the charging cable not the pillow. I used the cable I received with the wireless thera pillow. It worked. I contacted customer support with this good news. Within the hour a new cable and an adapter were ordered for me. I'm impressed with not only the 2 products but with Meena from customer support.
