I have been speaking to mollie Bell trying to sort my insurance for over a week and I would just like to say she was amazing she was very patient with me and helped me so much

Awful company. Insure you, then ask multiple questions, then cancel your insurance, oh and charge you for the privilege, and make it harder and more expensive to get cover. Look forward to being sued for my money back.
DO NOT USE… Can’t leave a ZERO.
Absolute rubbish.,Since looking at all the other unhappy customers 37% at present, this is not an isolated incident. I said I was happy to limit the vehicles to the one address but you said as you have now disclosed you own more than one property, that’s it. I asked you to find me an alternative company when one of your staff said to me they were surprised DNA put me with Q underwriting due to them being really difficult, and I was told none of your insurers would quote.

**UPDATE**
Just gets worse… Turns out my insurance WASN'T cancelled after all, even though DNA told me it was, and sent an email confirming such. I even called them a couple of days later to get a refund, only to be told they were waiting on a final figure from the insurance company. I then had to stay at home, thinking I had no insurance, and then take out a private policy on one vehicle. Now I find out from Q underwriting that my policy had not been cancelled, and they are still insuring me!
I feel a complaint to the ombudsman is due for this incompetent company.

Toni was fabulous on the phone today couldn’t have done more to help me. a real credit to your team.

My dad used the services a few weeks ago and had nothing but good things to say about the company. Especially a massive thankyou to mabz for making the process so smooth and stress free - he’s a great asset to the team!

Toni from the customer services team helped me out with a small IT problem with issuing my insurance details she was very professional when resolving this the phone communication was also good she kept me updated all the way. my personal car information was also entered on the data base by Toni.

If I could give 10 stars I’d complain and would want to ask if I can give 20 stars for the impeccable customer service I’ve received from Matt for the past couple of days prior to gaining my motor trade insurance.

Even till the end, he handled my tedious and repetitive questions with patience.

Truly believe if it wasn’t for Mr Carpenter I would’ve been with a different company getting my motor trade.
